I do not remember exactly where the quote in the lectures was, but since it is in regards to Shulgi, I would check the section on the Ur III dynasty.
The lecturer was ok. She was fairly informative, but she speaks like she is reading from a prompter, and with little variation, it can make my mind wander at times.
While not quite as comprehensive, I did enjoy this lecture much more... though I wish I would have taken it as a follow up course since it was my first in the topic and it does not go into as much depth as the lecture from Dr Castor.
