Until you're done losing they make these little silicone wraps that will tighten it up enough that you can keep wearing them. They aren't perfect but I've been using them for a few months and it's manageable.
This is the only thing that worked for me. I followed directions for about a week but it is intense so you may just need one capsule. I now take 1 if I have a few day without going (despite fiber supps etc). 12 hours later, problem solved.

If you like your tops and want to extend their life, look up t-shirt ring or scarf ring on Amazon for these great metal rings you can feed a corner of your shirt through to make it more figure flattering. These are ones I’m using, but there are others. I put them on the side over my hip. Work great. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B09CV7QY7Q?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

You can get it from an online pharmacy where i did called TeleWellnessMD.com (or www.DefyMedical.com) Sold as “MIC-B Complex with Vitamin C” The advantage to this product is that it contains b vitamins as well as lipotropics (choline, inositol, & methionine) to help catalyse the breakdown of fat during metabolism in the body. This product was dispensed to me as 1ml 2x weekly.

Since ozempic, mounjaro, and metformin reduce the amount of stored glycogen sugars for immediate energy use, b vitamins and lipotropic agents help our body metabolize our stored fats to convert to carbohydrates to replenish that energy we now need in a calorie deficit diet. I’ve eliminated alcohol and artificial sweeteners bc our liver and kidneys place priority on those items before breaking down stored fats for fuel. I’ve had to increase my water intake bc mounjaro seems to dehydrate me.
I have just finished my first month on 15mg, have lost 70lbs total, & wish to lose 20lbs. am not a medical professional in any capacity and not informing anyone the things I’ve done are necessary for them, just merely sharing my experiences in what’s worked for me only. I realize everyone is unique and what might work for me might not for the next person. Please take your health seriously and seek advice from a medical professional.
I’ve been using these https://www.amazon.com/Prebiotic-Strength-Digestive-Regularity-Supplement/dp/B09NJQCHTV?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1
No issues. 7 grams of fiber. Make sure you’re drinking enough water when upping fiber.
I take this first think in the morning https://www.amazon.com/Organic-India-Psyllium-Probiotic-Fiber/dp/B088SLR9QV- a heaping teaspoon in a cup of warm water; can do in the afternoon as well. I take 2 magnesium tablets with dinner and eat lots of fiber - raw fruits and veggies. Lots of water throughout the day and 2-3 mile walk a day. Works like clockwork for me as long as I'm consistent. Good luck!
