FUDDRUCKER’S MUSTARD:
1 ⅓ cups mayonnaise
3 tbsp prepared mustard
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch onion powder
Mix all, let sit at room temp. (covered) for two hours before using to allow flavors to blend.
FUDDRUCKERS HAMBURGER SEASONING:
2 tsp paprika
1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
1 ¼ tsp salt
½ tsp dark brown sugar
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
Mix all, then sprinkle on burger before grilling.
Build your sanny dagwood-style, then stuff in beak 😊 I’ve researched the mustard recipe (casually) over the years, ultimately compiling it to this. These recipes essentially come from multiple sources from people that worked there. They all claimed these are as close to the Real McCoy as it was, without guessing. IMHO if you want to stay your mustard much longer in the fridge along with adding great color & an extra tinge of matching flavor, use a natural preservative like Annatto.

There is a Russian Mustard I really like. There was a Russian deli in town (it's closed now), & the last time I bought some was when I was visiting Chicago. It's called Zakuson Gourmet Mustard Hot https://www.amazon.com/Zakuson-ZAKUSON8-8-Gourmet-Mustard-Hot/dp/B003LYSTBO

Great mustard flavor with the right amount of heat. Tastes great on sandwiches, hotdogs, burgers or used as a dip for a Charcuterie board.
You can order on Amazon too.
Edit: now with links! (I hope?)
