She needs to be concerned about her folds, too. Things grow and live there if not cleaned properly; people her size have trouble washing. This is not meant to be mean, however, it crosses my mind when I'm watching, sometimes.

This is the one I wore when I was in need of a shaper. It basically stays in place because of the straps and shorts but allows you to have your tatas free. Warning; I wore it once to an outdoor music festival with a dress. I was a sweaty mess underneath.

My energy has only started going up now that I’ve moved to soft foods, so don’t put too much pressure on yourself! Just be sure to hit your protein and water and vitamin goals. One thing that has helped me with my water is that I bought this water bottle which hooks up to an app on your phone and accurately measures your intake via Bluetooth. It’s expensive AF but worth it because I’m one of those people who likes gamifying things so since I now have a 14-day streak of hitting my water goal, I’m gonna be piiiiisssed the first time I miss it.
