I would buy this shoe mgk cleaner and brush set. Remove laces. Wet the brush and apply a few drops of the solution and evenly scrub down the shoe. Wipe and do it again on the same shoe and then on the other. Throw them in a mesh laundry bag and wash them on a normal cycle and then let them air dry. Voila! (if your soles are yellowing make a paste with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and apply on the soles with a toothbrush. Let them sit in the sun for a few hours. I whole day is even beter)

Check out Amazon. You can probably find a million options, and you don't have to get lost in the Ikea maze. I found a decent example, but you might find better. Not sure what u/drektek paid for his, but this puts them at about $8 per shelf.

After a quick search , these seem to be the only shoes Nike labeled “water resistant”.

If you want waterproof sneakers, it might be best to look into some sort of protection spray, like this. I’d make sure to do some research though first before diving in to make sure you don’t ruin your shoes.
