To be fair I think this poster was probably referring to US Xpress, which held about 1/3 the reservation book on NKLA valued at $3.5 billion, but only had $1.326M in cash as of Q2 2020
From the Cowen report (page 5):

FWIW I have no position in NKLA. Just thought that should be clarified.
