I am quite new to running. Normally I just wear my compression shorts under my normal shorts and that is about it really. However, as this is going to be longer distance than I am used to and more intense it has me concerned as I have had knee troubled in the past (due to rugby).

Just to try give a little more support. I am unsure if this will actually help or just aid me a little mentally. Although I must admit the keen support moving around once it gets too wet/after too much crawling does have me a little worried.
