Ok guys found out how to do this. It seems my bratans get more retarded as the years go by. Anyway heres a step by step process.

1. go here and download the iso converter
2. Go on the internets and acquire a gog version of apocalypse if you dont have it. I have the original game but it didn't work oO with this openapoc
3. In the gog version in the file x-com apocalypse/cd you will find a file named xcom.bin
4. use the program above to convert this bin file into iso
5. go here and dl OPENAPOC FILE (the 17mb one)
6. Put the iso file you created in openapoc /data

The game will be windowed.If anyone knows how to fullscreen please post here.
