The blood levels are really what matter (maintaining levels between 60 and 80 ng/ml) so you have to get tested and adjust your dose accordingly. I’ve found I need 10K-15K IU per day to maintain necessary levels in my blood but you may need less others may need more. I personally don’t think 5K is enough though. It's a german product so I'm not sure if you can get it. But I'm sure you can find the supplements separately.
The Mag. Taurate I have are pressed pills. I usually take them after eating a meal. No issues with stomach but the vitamin D would make me nauseous when I first started using it.

You are not alone in this. I myself have had serious mental issues from POIS. After trying to cure myself, I found that every single symptom I had changed or got worse after breaking my gut microbiome.

While your memory is fresh you should write down anything and everything you have done in the last two weeks. Where you went. What you are. Where you ate. Who you banged. Everything that came in contact with your body (soaps, deodorants, toothpaste). Have your home checked for molds. Medications your taking. Where you picked up those medications. create a MIRO board
Check your house for mold. Get your gut biome analyzed. Get your genome analyzed.
Lot of work but you may be happy for it down the line.

Don't give up. There is always a solution catered to each individual.
Here are few tips, independent from another, that you can try:
1) strengthen your pelvic muscle. This can prevent wet dreams (after 2-3 months of constant practice). You can download a great app that helps with that (it's called PFEI). Also having a strong pelvic muscle can help achieve "dry orgasms" without spilling your seed. This is a complex topic though, not going to delve into it now.
2) take SAMe and Methyl Folate. You might be extremely deficient to some of these essences in your system once you ejaculate. I recommend taking half a pill of each as a start on empty stomach in the morning regardless of ejaculating or not. And then if you ever do ejaculate, if it happens to be at least after 5-7 days, you might notice that your POIS almost gone. Sounds crazy? Try it for yourself if you are willing to spend less than $50.

Non-flush niacin does not seem to work well, if at all. You want one that has nicotinic acid.

Niacin is cheap. Now Foods and Solaray are brands that I’m fairly sure are authentic.
Do a bit of research before taking as it has a flush effect which is totally normal. I would get Niacin normal, not flush free, and not sustained release. Just normal 500 mg
There was actually a study done on this. But yeah, it was like night and day. I’ve been taking these in the morning for a week now, and I’ve been feeling great. Hope this helps!!

I take this vitamin E, once or twice a day. There is a risk of vitamin E being toxic in large doses so I only plan on taking it while rebooting (after relapsing). I notice it improves my energy, mental clarity and seems to actually lower my libido but in a good way, it's much easier to abstain now so it seems I must have some kind of hypersexuality disorder as well working in tandem with POIS. Let me know if you decide to take this product, i'm curious if it helps anybody else

I am a 165lb 6'1" male for reference. It's not the cheapest long term solution, i'm cumulatively shelling out about $15 CAD (or $10 US) every time I decide to do the deed, however i believe it is better for you long term than extra strength advil, which also seems to do the trick at similar dosage schedule.
My POIS symptoms are often headaches, irritability, fatigue, nasal discharge, and in rare cases achey joints and muscles. I've been on and off the treatment for several months now as prescribed by my naturopath and I have no symptoms when I dose with advil or theracurmin correctly.

Have you known about or tried a DAO enzyme product, such as Histame? DAO is the digestive enzyme that breaks down histamine from foods. I've found to be extremely powerful, it works so much that I developed symptoms of too low histamine, which are very scary. I have since found a better balance.
