The most supportive (but also least cute) one I've found for my 34DD+ chest is the Shock Absorber that clips together in the back. They are definitely $$$ but I've actually been able to snag some for pretty cheap on resale sites like Poshmark and Mercari. They're true to size I'd say but the band doesn't stretch all that much, so definitely don't try to buy your sister size with a smaller band. If anything, a 38D might work well but you should be able to find 36DD if someone is selling them.
I also like the Lululemon Swift Speed Bra, but again it's not a cheap option. Unfortunately with a bigger chest and the need for support, I feel like we're always paying so much money for bras :(
I ordered this sexy ankle brace that I’m hoping will be a little more comfortable for running than the bulky one I have now! Will report back for my fellow floppy-ankled post-injury friends!
There's a version for tea!! I don't drink coffee because it makes me ricochet off the walls but now I was totally getting FOBO. Now I can "quench" it!
If your butt hurts from too much Hannah C Barre classes or from being on the bike for too long on PZE rides, or if you just want your butt to feel nice, I'm OBSESSED with my memory foam seat cushion. I'm sitting on it right now as I type this. The nature of my job has me sitting SO much that this is a worthy and not too expensive investment in my ass. Do your ass a favor and try this.
I mentioned these before but if you want good sweat absorption and (most importantly) don't care about how you look I like thesecheapies I bought on amazon. You can remove the bow so it's just a flat headband, fyi. I can't believe how dry my hairline is afterwards.
I buy everybody I know this cold brew maker off Amazon. Who knew $20 could change your life? I use it every week. It’s the best. No more driving to Starbucks for a $4.50 vanilla sweet cream cold brew.
Now that it's finally getting cooler here in the midwest and my skin gets SO dry during the winter months I treated myself to some nicer shower oil and body lotion from Bioderma. I really like their hand lotion so I'm hoping I like their other products.
I tweaked my back yesterday morning and re-aggravated it today at lunch so a nice little session with my massage gun after work today.
I ordered these a few weeks ago. Nothing special, but they are cheap, stay in place, don't make me feel too hot, and keep my sweat from drowning me (yes I sweat that much).
I love my Gorilla mat. It's amazing. It's pricey, but worth the investment. It basically just stays on my floor like a rug at this stage because I use it multiple times a day. It's sturdy, doesn't scuff, is nice and big and can be used with or without shoes. It's also super easy to clean. I wanted something that I could use for strength, cardio and yoga, and this is perfect for all three.
I bought these to use on my workout mat to add more padding for my knees. They work really well!

I’m pretty tempted to get in on this action 👀 Recently cut my my hair too short for a ponytail, too, but it’s been driving me crazy when I’m working out. I picked up this headband and it’s flexible and grippy, generally perfect for all-day wear at work without giving me a headache. During workouts, though, it needs re-adjusting more than I’d like, and I’m ready to try sometime more drastic (like an $18 headband) 😂
