Not sure this will exactly fit your needs, but it allows multiple people to input their availability and then shows the best times, especially across time zones.

Honestly, the Hobonichi techno cousin would be your best bet for this: the quality of it is unmatched. You can order it from amazon, I believe, as opposed to the actual Hobonichi site and it doesn’t take too long.
I’ve also heard that the Stalogy is a good planner. But I’ve not had personal experience with it— but it’s a mock Hobonichi essentially.
If amazon doesn’t work, I’d search alternate sites like eBay or Etsy.
Is this what you're looking for? It's definitely better than the $5 per sheet!
Edit: Sorry I just noticed a review saying that the actual size of the protector is A5 and that A5 paper wouldn't fit :( maybe the link could lead you to something else that might work though
i dont think this subreddit allow me to share more than one picture, you can check out the interior pages on amazon listing page https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BD851V95
The have a bunch of different sets on Amazon too. Zig Markers
I was using this for a while, it’s a Japanese Franklin Covey softbound planner, with monthlies, one page per day, and a weekly planning page. It has either Tomoe River paper or something that feels very similar and is fountain pen friendly.
Muji makes planners in that exact layout! I don't see them available on their online store, but there are a couple floating around on Amazon.

I slowly bought three of these mesh organizers during the pandemic. I wish I bought them sooner. I was using random empty tins and finished candle glass jars. This looks much nicer on my desk.
This Inamio planner may interest you, I've been using it for two years now and I absolutely love it! I really appreciate the minimalism; it has all the planner essentials while still giving you plenty of space to customize it according to your needs.
So, the program I used, Adobe InDesign, helps a ton with formatting and spacing issues. It is an expensive program to buy, but there are free alternatives, I just can't personally vouch for their resources in the form of tutorials or ease of use since I have not used them.
The biggest thing to worry about with disc bound, or I guess any binding where you punch holes in the paper, is the margins between the edge of the paper and where your designs/boxes/lines start up. Usually called the inside margin. Do a test punch on scrap paper and measure the edge of the paper to the far side of the holes you have punched. My inside margin for my happy planner punch needed to be close to half an inch.
Another thing that can be super tricky is printer settings. My planner is half-letter sheets in size (8.5x5.5 inches) so I had to make a new paper size setting for my printer to print paper at that exact size. I wanted to cut the letter paper down to half-letter size before printing because to me it seemed like the best way to go and it went pretty smoothly considering I usually totally flub double sided prints. I watched this video guide for how they printed a half-letter planner, and it was very helpful.
Another pain in the butt was that the happy planner large punch doesn't have guide lines for punching half-letter sized paper which led me to more trial and error with scrap papers. Once I got it to where it was mostly centered I wound up using a sharpie and drawing a line on the punch for future reference.
So sorry this replay is coming so late, just got a puppy so things are a bit wild. lol
InDesign is an Adobe computer program. I use it on my desktop PC, and it is a pretty spendy.
But there are free alternatives, I just can't vouch for ease of use or availability of tutorials on youtube.
Thank you! I totally get it. I did a bunch of research when I first started using digital but found very little info at the time. The app I use for planners and all pdf/notebooks is goodnotes 5. It’s not free, but I thought it was worth the price. I downloaded the free PDFs from PassionPlanner.com - you have to join a mailing list for access (which isn’t awful) but then you can pretty much pick from any style you wanted. Once you download the PDF, I use the site https://pdfresizer.com/multipage to merge two pages into one. I upload the entire document and it makes it seamless. After that, I upload the PDF file into goodnotes. Hope this helps :)
I’ve used the 3-month Clever Fox Ultimate Achiever’s Goal Planner twice. I like that it doesn’t have a ton of fluff. It does have a little though, a daily affirmation and gratitude. That said, I think those things can be positive. YMMV.
My go to is the Stalogy 365 days one. It doesn't have a specific start date so it's great when I wanted to use it mapped to the school year by having September as the first month.
The outer corners on the top just have the months/days/dates listed out so you can underline/highlight to map the day. And I've been pretty happy with the entire thing, I think there are a bunch of sizes, I know I've seen a B6 on amazon but I love the A5 one.
Paperage has what you're looking for: horizontal days on the left and dot grid on the right. The only con is that they only offer 12-month planners and usually sell out.
They should be (hopefully) offering their 2022 planners soon. They use the same link each year (or they have for as long as I've known about them), so you can keep an eye out here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V6HFTW5
I love this planner and it's the most affordable one that I could find that has goals, work and personal to do lists.
Have you looked at the Quo Vadis planners, like the Trinote? I liked that one.
https://www.amazon.com/Quo-Vadis-2021-Trinote-Monthly/dp/B08B5JB9JW
Have you looked in Action Day planner? The weekly layout seems similar at least
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Action-Day-Yearly-Planner-Monthly/dp/9935948560
This quarter I'm trying the Next level planner . The paper feels a bit cheap but I am excited to try it and it has all the things I'm looking for like habit tracker, etc. I've also used the Full focus planner . It is not frou-frou and it looks professional.
Currently I use these. I think any single-page label sheets would work. I basically paste a bunch of pictures into a Word document (set margins to narrow) and then print a sheet. The annoying part is cutting out intricate designs (like tree branches) unless you don't mind just going in a loose circle around them. I like to cut near the edges of the sticker so it can be time consuming.
I really like the Katie Daisy Academic Year planner. It's very pretty, if your girl is a "pretty flowers" kind of person. It's 5x7, so it's B6-ish size.
It has a monthly calendar and horizontal weeklies, plus some random quotes and notes pages interspersed.
The other one you can look at is - https://www.personalplanner.com/US/ - different sizes and different layout options, lots of customization available.
Hi there! It's Amazon's felt tip pens: See amazon link here :)
I love them. My work bought some for the office and I knew I had to buy my own because I didn't want to share. lol ;) #plannergirlproblems
This setup was $75 for the cover and $12.99 for the notebook from Amazon. 2pack

Since you say size is a concern, what size planner would you prefer?
I was going to recommend to Daily Legend Planner: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z4SQYPZ
It's an A5 planner and has:
Daily, hourly layout broken into half-hour increments with space to write down priorities, to-do lists and a place for notes
Weekly spreads, as well as weekly reflection pages
Monthly spreads to keep track of big projects
The one down side is that it's only a 90-day planner, and it's not as cheap as it used to be. A full year would cost more than $60 USD.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078GVYRZG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_btf_t1_eqMGFbS9EVZR3
This one from Amazon basics is pretty good (they also do A4 size for those who like larger ones). No frills, undated monthly, weekly, and daily pages, with a small notes section in the back. :-)
Edit: just realised this IS the larger size, so no good if you're looking for A5 or smaller, sorry :-(
I just started using the Legand Planner and it’s great. Good price, has the weekly spread and space for lots of lists.

I've been using a Filofax since the nineties (yep, I'm *that* old!) but haven't bought a Filofax branded insert since before 2000.
After six months of bullet journalling with A5 notebooks, I decided to carry on bulleting but go back to my trusty old Filofax Cherry Cross with home made inserts.
It's really easy to create and print your own pages (e.g. google docs) - along with a good 6 hole punch and a stack of A5 paper in a variety of colours, you can create the very best journalling environment for you.
If you don't mind inserts, I recently came across Handy Forms on Amazon.
They have just about any size and configuration of calendar inserts for all kinds of planners.
This one is for a 2020 weekly but they have 2021 versions too. The drop down menus will show you all the versions.
I haven’t seen a planner but Stalogy has a notepad and if you bullet journal you can create your own layout. I understand it may be too time consuming.Stalogy A4 on Amazon
For anyone who might read this post, I just ordered the Cousin that starts in April off Amazon! I think it's meant for Japanese school kids, but it works perfectly for me who randomly needed a new planner at the end of March!
Hobonichi Techo Cousin Book Apr Start (Japanese/A5/Apr 2020 Start/Mon Start) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0835GKZZ6/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_zEyAEbRJATH91

This is similar to why i used in college. I liked that there was a monthly view for planning projects/days off school or work but also the daily pages for everything you described.
Good luck in your program!
I'm using the tempus planner. It's a daily planner quite customizable with plenty of space for notes/tasks/mind mapping. I got mine from amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LYVUKFZ . Awesome tool!
I'm still a newbie so I don't have a whole lot of supplies, but I just purchased this from Amazon and am really loving it for storing my pens and other planner items (erasers, scissors, etc.).
My handwriting drives me nuts in my planners too! However, I've found that there are certain pens that give my handwriting a neater effect. I prefer VERY FINE tipped pens. My favorites at the moment ate the Pilot Precise V5 https://smile.amazon.com/Pilot-Retractable-26052-Precision-Technology/dp/B004J0WN5C/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1546031737&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=pilot+precise+v5+rt&psc=1

There is a noticeable difference in my writing with these, plus they don't bleed or smudge often if at all. I also agree with writing in caps. I don't always do it, but do notice that my handwriting tends to appear neater, and stay straighter for some reason.
I have one with a layout like that. I found it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C55YX17/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
