One of the most helpful things I ever got was actually a gift! It is a weighted eye mask that can be cooled in the freezer. It helps me fall asleep better when the headaches get really bad, and the cooling sensation helps so much. As an added bonus I can sleep in a room no matter how bright it is. It's fairly inexpensive as well (link to the one I have below).

Hopefully this can provide some relief for others!
This one was difficult enough that I had trouble doing it. And I may be a physician. Hope the link works in this format.

Try downloading flux for your computer screen, it helped me a lot. It's free and has a decent amount of settings. I had to make a video game my last semester of college (long hours on a pc) and it's the only way I was able to do it
Not a software engineer but desk jockey working 8+ hours a day at a computer. I opted to not take a break and I feel that it severely set back my recovery. If i had to do it again I would've taken time off.
As far as managing computer screens when you have to I'd look into f.lux. Also for your phone use the blue light/night shift feature (Android/IoS respectively) to reduce the blue light. Reducing the blue light on my screens really helped minimize my issues. I also had blue light filter lens for my glasses but TBH f.lux and the blue light/night shift feature helped me 10x more. The blue light filter lens did help with non-computer tasks though to some degree.
Outside of that frequent breaks help. Try to look up every 10-15 minutes and focus on a object in the distance to give your eyes a break. At home minimize or eliminate screen time
I didn't know that! I get that, too. I have all sorts of TMJ problems since I had my whiplash concussion, even though that was a long time ago.
I use a face mask for the pain in front of my face and a head wrap for the pain in my neck.
I’m also 2 years out and started on lions mane about a month ago. It’s hard to tell, but I’m pretty sure I’ve noticed a decrease in brain fog. You should try it!
I did a good deal of internet research into which brand of lion’s mane is reputable and uses a reliable method of extraction. I settled on RealMushrooms Organic Lions Mane Extract. (I did the same for omega-3 btw and settled on Natural Factors RxOmega-3.)
yup that happens. Ok I hope you can stop fixating on your symptoms. Otherwise, your anxiety is going to get worse.

Have you done any of those relaxing things I have listed?

Here is some info on Binaural beats to help you:
Binaural beats is the sound therapy when you listen to two different sounds in the ears but your brain will add them up and the brain will hear the “beats” in the frequency that is therapeutic. Here are some apps that do that for you: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.peakpocketstudios.atmospherebinauraltherapy https://apps.apple.com/us/app/brain-wave-35-binaural-series/id307219387
Not exactly sure what mine was called, but this one is similar and there are also others to choose from. https://www.amazon.com/Exerciser-Calorie-Tracker-Adjustable-Resistance/dp/B01E3CPAK0/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?keywords=floor+pedal&qid=1648383093&sr=8-4
At the beginning of my recovery I would also put this thing in my lap and pedal it with my arms, just to get some movement up there as well.
Your partner is a keeper! I also was fortunate to have my SO really help me.
Thought abought this a bit more and can't bell with seizures but some other tips that helped me--
For brain fog was i started to do some mental recall exercises. The mobile AR game ingress has something called "glyph hacking" where you are shown a number of "glyphs" and you have to repeat them. I found a mobile app that is meant to help practice that (so you don't have to go outside and then experience "cooldowns" from the game).
Memo Glyph https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alsantsu.memoglyph. (do the "simulator" at Level 1 to start. Learn the names of the glyphs as you play and go to higher levels as you get better).
Helped with my brain fog a bit (or, at least my short term memory) and impressed my neurologist when i had to do some of the initial assessments. Really though any similar sort of exercise can help.
I also started writing down notes if there was something i needed to remember. Mobile phone app or a notebook. For example, If my SO told me something important then i would tell her i need to write it down. The writing it down helped commit it to memory a bit, but it also helped me in the future if i forgot.
I’ve had major sleep issues since my concussion. A few things that have helped are a sleep mask I found recommended in this forum and an expensive pillow that provides a lot of support.
The mask:
