I was told at physical therapy. They pull your legs at the ankles and kind of shake you out and then see how your legs compare. Mine was noticeable enough even standing because of the hip slant and I had an indent in my waist on one side like this guy does in his picture. I also have a slight limp. Honestly it made me mad that I was told at different PTs for years but no one suggested a lift until after I was so bad I had to have surgery to repair a disc. The PT helped me figure out what size lift I needed, I’ve since bought new ones. Amazon sells them where you can remove layers to get to the correct height. She also suggested pulling up the sole of my tennis shoes/sneakers and putting the lift under the sole so avoids slippage. It took a while to get used to but now I feel so uncomfortable without them!

i got one of these a couple months ago and while I hella hate Amazon... I'm poor and couldn't find anything like it locally.
I'm pretty into it, I dont use it every night because I'm trying to train my back to let me sleep without much of a pillow, but my curve is pretty annoying and is connected to my hip posture so the wedge shape with the neck cutout has been great, especially for stretching even if I don't fall asleep on it
Hello! I’ve been working on an app that estimates posture quality using your device's camera, and feeds that information back to you as a kind of mindfulness aid. I’ve been trying to get feedback from a variety of people, and was hoping that some of the subscribers of this sub would be willing to try it out and give feedback.
Btw, I hope this doesn't come off as self-promotion, I just want to get feedback from people deeply interested (and knowledgeable) in posture, and this seems to be one of your biggest hangouts. Getting feedback from this community would really help me accomplish my goal, which is to make the highest-quality product that helps the most people with posture issues (myself included)!
If you’re interested, it's freely available to beta test, on both iOS and Android. Thank you!
My posture was very similar to yours I bought a wooden pillow for my neck and use it every night before I fall asleep it's really helped with neck pains as well as posture

Hi all, I'm developing an app that aims to make it easy to monitor and track your posture, using your device's camera. I added in a social feature, where you can start a group session with friends, and wanted to know what people think of the idea and execution. Any other feedback on the app would also be greatly appreciated! It's free, and you can get it on Android or iOS. On iOS you can get it through Apple's beta testing app TestFlight. Thanks!
Do bodyweight workout then. As for the massage, the therapist will decide on it.
There are good excercises and stretches in this app, and it's free with ads.

If you don't feel pain then. Try this app, I am in first week exercises. It is good. If there is pain then see a professional.
