You can use a vpn like Mullvad and use qBittorrent to download via torrents. You can bind the vpn to the qBittorrent Client and enable kill switch so it doesnt accidentally go through the regular network
Both Mullvad and ProtonVPN are great and cheap choices, and the yearly cost for Torrent support would be equivalent or less than 1 game that you'd buy here (60 $). Moreover, if you don't really want to get the paid version, you can look into ProtonVPN paid version, or look into setting up your own VPN.
if you are on the US I will recommend you to not use any torrent downloader, get a seeder box so you won´t be connected to the torrent pool itself so your ip can´t be traced, I use https://www.seedr.cc/ it will give you some free storage, if you recommend that to others and sign up for the free service they will increase your storage up to 4.5 GB, you can make fake accounts and send the referal link to yourself, no need to convince anyone to get the service. But a big BUT, 4.5 GB is not even near as the 22GB average size of a game, so I will recommend you to pay like 5 or 10 per month so you can have from 50GB to 100GB and download whatever you want. I share this just to keep you safe buddy, you can chose any other seeder box provider, I just like this one.
