I got Code Geass Part III in one of my Blind Boxes not sure if it was the $1 or $10 one---got Humanity Has Declined in a Blind Box as well---but my 2 free $10 ones were the same thing- Tegami Bachi Letter Bee: https://www.amazon.com/Tagami-Letter-Reverse-Season-Collection/dp/B01M2C0L9H/ref=tmm_dvd_title_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr= ---can't complain too much though.
It's ironic they have it since they pulled it off streaming and I remember everyone thinking it "fell outside their standards" but I'm pretty sure it was all Funimation's fault (since they were the content provider). Animelab had the same issue but they were able to find another content provider, that is until Funimation said no. Now this situation seems to be repeating. The standard Blu-ray is off amazon now. The steelbook is still around though given Rightstuf dropping it the chances of it surviving aren't looking too good. (unless that "new company" can save it)
There are 2 copies of Hana Yori Dango left in stock at Amazon if you really want it just to be on the safe side (also Amazon's status says Order Soon minus the more on the way so that could hint that it is indeed OOP now though not 100% until otherwise indicated---still better safe than sorry). Only copy of it on Ebay is $249+---couldn't get Discotek's Ebay store to show any of their listings for some reason while trying to gauge all options.
Currently unavailable on Sentai as well though there're a few 3rd party copies left on Amazon in the $50ish range. Most likely Sentai is prepping for a reprint of the Standard Edition.
I'll probably pick up the Region B of that (since you can get both seasons for about the same as 1 part----also it would help to see season 1 first) unless the others get a deeper discount---who knows maybe we'll get lucky and get the others in Blind Boxes as well? Haha.
In my experience this is specifically a problem with Kodansha books. I had the same issue with about half of the To Your Eternity volumes I ordered, and I've since noticed the same pattern of tear on many Kodansha books in bookstores as well. However, I was able to fix all of my volumes fairly easily using this glue from amazon. I just used a toothpick to apply a small dab of the glue, and then used the other end of the toothpick to flatten the area and reconnect the tear. Finished up by wiping away any residue with a tissue or cloth, and I've found this method has worked perfectly for me so far. Alternatively, you could definitely just return your volumes, but as I mentioned I'm almost 100% positive this is just some issue with the manufacturing of Kodansha books specifically so it's probably like 50-50 that you will get more volumes with this same exact issue unfortunately.
Yeah its No Longer Available now though still on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Robotics-Notes-Blu-ray-Combo-Limited/dp/B00GS1IUL6/ref=sr_1_7?crid=35AU3H2A16MEH&dchild=1&keywords=robotics+notes&qid=1605160938&sprefix=robotics%2Caps%2C917&sr=8-7
I suppose not. I cancelled the manga on my order but kept the anime because it was too good of a price.
I found that one piece box set in stock on amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/1421560747/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_w4SIFbMGGQ53Q Looks like the naruto is too https://www.amazon.com/dp/1421580802/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_55SIFbNW0NEA8
I know amazon is a bigger and more evil company but my entire order is in stock over there while I've been waiting three months for my right stuff order.
Didn't want to make a new thread so I thought I would post here. I noticed Rightstuf has Shiki on their Amazon page under the 2010 listing with the big art box. Is this overstock of the old LE sets or just listed weird because of Amazon? (It should be under the 2014 re-release if it is the S.A.V.E version. Thanks!
