The current SAT doesn't have a specific vocabulary section. It has "Vocabulary in context questions" in the Reading section and "Word Choice" and "Idiom" questions in the Writing & Language section.
BUT that doesn't mean that vocabulary is irrelevant. You need a strong vocabulary to read and comprehend the passages and questions. You should be doing College board Practice tests (Tests can be found on this subreddit) . After doing a practice test, go back through and find all the words that you either don't know or are iffy on and learn them. By definition a standardized test has standardization in language. So words on previous tests are more likely to reappear than any randomly chosen list of "SAT words" which was probably generated for the pre-2016 SAT.
Erica Meltzer has an SAT Vocabulary book that can help if you need more guidance.
It doesn't truly matter what calculator you have, but what matters is if you know how to use it well.
Which do you use in school?
If you decide to keep the TI, though, and you don't need a TI anytime soon, I would return it, then go to Amazon (US Amazon), I see that there is one (here's a link) that is $164 shipped (approximately) to Saudi Arabia.
I also found this book on Amazon, but I have not purchased it yet. It is possible that the 8 tests in this book are the same as the 9 unique tests I've found on foreign websites: https://www.amazon.com/PAST-PAPERs-QUESTION-SUBJECT-LEVEL/dp/1725051907
