The SMART Recovery Handbook is very helpful. Articles and Essays offers some short helpful information on addiction recovery. I found addiction recovery books on the Amazon website, those can downloaded instantly to a Kindle app on any device.
That's not my share. Voices of Recovery is a publication of daily meditations for SAA members.
I've been working through the Celebrate Recovery Bible Study. Not only does it point out scripture to help out with recovery it gives other peoples accounts of addiction. You can pick different topics and work through those or do the entire study. I've just kept to ones that pertained to me.
OpenDNS has a free DNS Proxy that will give you instructions on how to program your router (cable modem, Wireless switch) to forward all traffic to the OpenDNS, which will block, record and report to those you feel need to account too. This will also work on all your phones and mobile devices no matter if you are connected to wifi or 4g.

+0. Too long; didn't read. :)
Please edit your post, and divide it into sections, using headings. This will make it easier to read; then, more people will read it.
To learn how to make headings, see here. I normally always use atx-style H1 headings, but you can use any kind you like.
The post is long enough that it should probably even be moved to a wiki page. This will give it a clickable table of contents.
Wiki page URLs can contain underscores, but preferably shouldn't contain hyphens. You could call your new wiki page, say, https://www.reddit.com/r/SEXAA/wiki/what_and_how.
Wiki pages don't normally have ordinary comment discussions below them. The workaround is to submit your wiki page as a link post. Comments can end up attached to that link post.
Did this comment make complete sense to you? :)

A paperback and ebook version is available at the SAA Store and can be pre-ordered on Amazon.
Wonderful! I'm glad to hear. You can download an app to attend telemeetings for free. I have a recovery friend in New Zealand and he uses this app to dial into the telemeetings. Try it out and see how it goes!

Same thing happened to me. She found daddy daughter porn and that was enough of the endless cycle. She is scared of me and afraid. She agrees that I wouldn't rape our daughter, and the porn was adults role playing. However that was enough for her to want to divorce me. I had relapsed so many times. I recommend going to sex addict or slaa meetings, they can help alot. Also here is a great read on porn. https://www.amazon.com/Psychology-Porn-Pornography-Objectification-Healing-ebook/dp/B077RN6ZC7 I'm sure you wife is at fault too but it's useless to blame her. It would just push her further away. Like my counselor said make it bigger than your marriage. Don't do this to bring her back do it for yourself. And don't expect her to come back, I did it multiple times for her to come back, and fell right back down into it. I tried to get her into orgies, ended up emotionally abusing her, and now can't even see my own daughter. Sure I could go to court to see my daughter but the pastors tell me it would hurt her even more and make her resent me even more.
I found the essay in the book interesting on how we become married to porn. It is always there, never puts us down, disrespects us, satisfies whenever. Real relationships aren't all about sex and they aren't only about you getting satisfaction, and never having any issues to deal with. Porn is messed up in how it wires us to live in this fantasy world away from how real life relationships work.
