I use something very similar to this (I'm canadian so different brands).

Just search for Ottomon on your Amazon of choice. I love them because they are the right height for me but also because it's easy storage. :)

Is the brand I used on my 2018 Titan. Follow the directions and do it once ever two to three months and you will be golden.

I had the same problem - even at max height it was just a touch too low to have elbow height at the apporpriate 90° position for a standard height desk (and I am at the top end of the height range for this model so am baffled that anyone is sat at the correct desk height with this chair).

I ordered a replacement gas strut that gets me the height I need with a footrest under the desk.

Yeah man, for sure! I saw your other post about the back not being aligned. Mine isn't perfectly straight either, and really bothered me at first, but it's only noticeable when I think about it. Otherwise, the chair does the job its made to do and I'm comfortable all day, every day. And with the coronavirus, I'm home in this chair way more than usual.

I just don't anyone going through the headache I did in getting multiple chairs to find one that actually works. I also bought a $200 one from Amazon that had great reviews. It was so cheap and shitty, I have no idea what people were thinking. This was it. I returned it immediately after one day.

It’s not the best but I honestly haven’t seen anything better and not stupidly expensive.
