What I've found to work best is to keep a large roll of absorbent gauze and medical tape on hand so that I can make bandages according to the size of the area where the wounds are. This and this is what I'm referring to. Just clip the gauze to the size that you need, and if that isn't enough, tape two strips (or more) together and that should work. If you're worried about the wound leaking through the bandage, you can double up and tape two pieces directly on top of one another and then repeat the same process as before with your doubled up gauze pads.
Bio oil will help, but it won't happen quickly. Microneedling is mostly for things that can be repaired by your body quickly. It speeds up what is already fast. Thus, the process of fading scars won't be very effective with microneedling.

For my senior prom I chose a sleeveless dress, and last minute i decided I didn’t want my scars in the picture. There is nothing wrong with that, you shouldn’t be ashamed of them but there are obviously often bad memories associated with them and it’s not always something we want a reminder about. I ended up buying a sheer black shrug that was cropped and tied in the front, and i don’t think it looked too out of place with my dress! here’s the shrug if you’re interested, it has other colors i think—

…i think you should get this one in a .5 and work up to a .75 using a serum (like olay regenerest), bio oil, or mederma, and a face spf daily moisturiser, a thicker wont will feel gross but you dont have to add that much and it will last longer. If that makes sense. This reply isnt as good as the first but feel free to ask me about anything.
I suggest bio oil or mederma both help with scars but bio oil is a bit cheaper.
However, if you can’t achieve what you want, you could always try these
They are arm sleeves made for hot weather so they cool you off instead of warming you up and protect your skin from the sun with uv blocking. I had a black pair in high school I wore everywhere, even grocery shopping. I had an old lady ask me once why I wore them and I just said, “None of your business,” because it wasn’t. Most of my fake friends thought I wore them because I was gothy. Either way, they are good for covering what you want to in summer. If they are on your arms. If it’s your thighs, there is waterproof tattoo makeup you can buy for going swimming and stuff. They use it on actors and it’s not that expensive. It’s thicker than normal makeup so I would suggest watching a youtube video or two about how to apply before you need to so you can know how you like it if you go that route. I hope my answer helps.

Maybe you could get a tattoo sleeve (like one of those sleeves you can wear, I don't mean an actual tattoo, especially with fresh scars) and you can say you just think it looks cool if someone asks? Hope this helps☺️❤️

The longer you can massage it like directly into the scar tissue the better, I’ve seen results doing it only after I shower/bath for a few minutes but I think it’s one of those things where you can’t really do it too often

Hi! Unfortunately you're right that it's not the best idea to show SH scars at a job interview. They're legally not supposed to discriminate, but sometimes they still do it.
The obvious way to hide them would be to wear something with long sleeves, but if you don't want to do that for whatever reason, athletic sleeves might be a good idea. Something like this if you have it.
If you don't have those and can't get them in time, one way to make something similar is to cut the heels and toes off of a pair of long socks. If you do this, try to make them look as neat as possible, as this is a job interview.
If you don't have a lot of experience with makeup, it's probably best to avoid this technique. In day-to-day life, it would probably be fine, but in a job interview it's best not to risk the interviewer seeing the scars. Makeup can't hide everything.
But again, the simplest solution would be to wear something with long sleeves. Maybe something light if you're worried about overheating.

I'm really sorry that you're going through this. my scars looked really similar when they were new. I have tried just about everything to fade the ones on my arms and lower thighs and Mederma silicone scar gel worked the best to make the color go away. This is the stuff they typically give you to heal scars from surgery. Works wonders if you can afford it.
