OMG, I love it, and it's free. https://cronometer.com
You just put in what you ate and it tells you the macro and micro nutrients. It really helped me because I was anxious about my vegan diet being inadequate. Now I can see I get more than enough protein and my micro nutrients are excellent and I can relax. The only bad part was realizing how much I am actually eating!
For the ladies afraid of not having movement - as I understand it, there are two kinds: one that completely numbs everything from the waist down and stops movement, and one that is more "mobile," and allows for walking around. It doesn't have to be all or nothing ladies! :)
I've bought and been given a fair number of baby books. Expecting a Baby? One Born Every Minute by Dr Penelope Law was the best one I found that had no-nonsense and balanced info, written in a non-judgemental and easy to read way. It has a helpful section about pain relief options (let's be real, this is going to hurt!) and talks through the pros and cons of each. Worth a read if you are feeling nervous/overwhelmed about different options.
It's a UK book so some of the info was not 100% relevant to me (Australian here - most of it was, but there were some UK specific reference links in the back), but the medical info in it was what I wanted and it was perfect for that. A quick google tells me it's on Amazon (US) anyone is interested. My mum bought me my copy in QBD for the princely sum of $13AUD. Well worth it, haha!
Does your dad like to read to your son? Can you get a cheap "new baby" or "big brother" book and have your son bring it to your dad to read to him?
I got this one for my son - way cheaper than a shirt I Am a Big Brother https://www.amazon.com/dp/0545688868/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_KnEfEbY32SYX
Or if you have a tablet and amazon prime, this one is free to read: Big Brothers Are the Best (Fiction Picture Books) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ESEECKS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_coEfEb2FYNZT8
OMG it's $50 on Groupon right now.

Hi there! I'm a FTM so I don't have any experience per say, however, I do work in cyber security. The best way to protect yourself and your devices is to change the default passwords on everything (networks and devices) to a passPHRASE (not passWORD). You can use sites such as https://howsecureismypassword.net/ to see how secure your passphrase is against attack.
These were gamble buy from amazon but I ended up loving them! I got my prepregnancy size and they’re a little big still but so comfortable!

I found some maternity pants for work on amazon for roughly $30 that i really like. The reviews are a little mixed, but so far have worked out great for me. I felt weird buying them before I had an official bump, but super glad I did! They are super comfortable and a pretty universal style.

I'm in the same boat, so excited to see how others reply. How formally do people dress at your job?
A lot of my work dresses are faux wrap with gathering in the midsection, which helps hide the stomach... this works even better with a blazer over the top. This is a similar cut: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Brand-Womens-Classic-Sleeve/dp/B07P671R2P
As far as things I'm trying out, I recently bought a dress with a swing-style skirt and that seems to hide the stomach well with a cardigan or jacket over it. This is a similar cut to the swing dress I bought: https://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?pid=551766092
Ugh, yes. 30FF pre pregnancy and that was plenty big for me. I switched to this cheapo bra from amazon a few weeks ago for everyday wear because underwires were just too much. My worst fear is when I outgrow my jogging bras. They are my holy grail of sports bras because there is literally no bounce. They're about $60-$70 a pop, so I don't really want to buy any in sizes that might not last more than a few months. Buuut I don't want to give up jogging either. I just hope I can fit back into by "breastvestment" bras one day.
I just bought (these)[https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SVC5DTS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_4hCsEb4ZS8A3X] pants from Amazon and sized up from my normal medium. Oh my gosh, if I could do the splits I could do them in these pants, they are so comfortable! The back has an elastic, so I see getting through the rest of the cold months in them before switching to flowy dresses (like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SWJPX4V/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_IlCsEb5FTZZK0) in the spring.
FTM here, last week I just couldn’t stand the bloat and bought two pairs of pants from amazon even though I thought it was too early, and I am SO HAPPY that I did! My work dress code is a step above business casual but I think these pants could work in more casual settings, too. I’ve been rotating between two pairs of these and find that I’m not even changing immediately when I get home: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CJX6RKM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Fv1qEbEJPBWFK
I am also excited about the pregnancy pillow. Have no need of it yet at all, but already found the one I'm going to order on Amazon. looks sooooo comfy
