This is the brand I’ve been using. Reasonably priced for a bunch.
I found the finger cots help so much with that. I mindlessly pick while watching tv so I put them on and it stops me.

I think you’d like the peas in a pod toy. It’s been on my wishlist for a while but I haven’t gotten around to it yet
I've only had them for a few days. They do work, but you have to catch yourself before picking in order to put them on. I can't pick when they're on. Mine feel a bit short, but they stay on pretty well, and they do work with electronics, which is a bonus (I often pick while on my computer).
Here are the ones that I bought from Amazon.
Newseego Finger Sleeve Sets for Gaming Mobile Game Controller Thumb Sleeves [20 Pack]
I second all of this especially the clothing part. If you pick at a place you can't cover like your face, I agree, fidget toys are great. I personally like these sensory rings a lot. My boyfriend got then for me for xmas and I thought they were weird at first but they're actually perfect. I also like tangles!
These spiky/stretchy rings are a personal favorite, they feel super satisfying going along your fingers. They're too tight to actually wear as a ring on your finger though. https://www.amazon.ca/Pieces-Sensory-Acupressure-Reducer-Massager/dp/B0995LWP8W/ref=mp_s_a_1_37?crid=3H106VCI0WHB8&keywords=fidget+rings+wire&pscroll=1&qid=1665334769&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIwLjAwIiwicXNhIjoiMC4wMCIsInFzcCI6IjAuMDAifQ%3D%3D&...
I got one as a gift and it works ok for me. Its mostly helpful when I'm out of the house, I tend to always hold it on one hand and then it does reduce my absent-minded picking of face, arms, and scalp.
Its not much help whenever I'm home though, especially if I'm trying to go to sleep or using the computer.
I still think its worth it though- they are relatively cheap and there's different styles you can find. This is the one I have: https://www.amazon.ca/QOOLBUY-Fidget-Anxiety-Sensory-Special/dp/B09H34WTF2/ref=mp_s_a_1_7?adgrpid=61721788717&gclid=Cj0KCQjw4omaBhDqARIsADXULuW4rTmT0-kJUZQExewJtfBdUQ5j6F-SH-PjUKbGQAx37vX36-ptL08aArk2EALw_wcB&hvadid=311226832735&hvdev=...
I wouldn’t worry about it. I wear headbands like these:)
I second this. The SA body wash has saved me. Got rid of all of my body acne. I also use a SA lotion afterwards :)
Hey thanks! When I first tried it I almost cried out of happiness haha
To answer your question: since it was a capsule toy from a random machine in the Netherlands, this is NOT what I have but from the videos I saw on amazon it is something like this: random squishy toys on amazon us (those are 72 pieces – way too many. It's just the first thing I found that was similar to mine)
In one of the videos from the product it seems like those have the same consistency as mine. The important things are that it's a squishy that is not filled with any liquid and also that it's super stretchy and kind of sticky (but not too sticky).
Also, mine was super cheap, so don't spent any crazy amount of money on one.
I hope it works for you, too!
If it were me I’d order something like this on Amazon or pick it up from drug store. With or without the hydrocolloid, just so long as it’s waterproof
Vaseline or aquaphor. I mainly picked my fingers eventually just the thumbs my therapist suggested and got fidget rings I don't do it at all anymore.

dont mean to be rude, but maybe this will even actually help wearing at home 😂😂😂
micropore tape. it doesnt have any sort of product on it for helping kill the spot, but it’ll keep your fingers off it while it heals. a box of it is like $20here, but buy once and it will last you ages.
Here it is! In French but you can just edit the language preferences within your account.

I have a fidgipod for my desk at work to avoid mindlessly going at my skin. I like it because it’s kind of pliable with nubs like areas I like to pick, but it’s solid and doesn’t break or feel gooey. I got it, and a similar portable version, on Amazon.

they have a half face version and a full face version
Get yourself a copy of this book. If you’re in a tight spot and can’t afford it, PM me. It’s the best $15 I’ve spent on myself in a long time.
Play dough, slime, slinkies, and squeeze balls!
Play dough is probably the cheapest and easiest to obtain out of all of these products. Also, this amazon box has a lot of things my therapist has in her office to fidget with during sessions. It’s ~$18 but it has a lot of good products in it!

I love the brand OneDor it’s one step meaning you don’t need a base or topcoat and it’s super affordable! Once you get a gel lamp you just need one color!
Hey, I think your legs are beautiful! That being said, I have super pale legs I'm shy about and I've found that a cute little swimsuit cover up until I'm in the water can give me a boost of confidence. Here's the one I like most:

I pick all the time, I hate it so much. I do it all over my body. It got so insanely bad I hadn’t worn a short sleeve shirt or shorts in over a year, and I live in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mirrors are the worst! I only have one mirror In my house now, and that’s in the bathroom (mostly for guests), but I keep a sheet over it most the time for when I’m in there. Also I put in Phillips Hue Lights, the WiFi lights you can change the color of, and noticed that red lighting makes it quite difficult to see the blemishes, so you don’t have to be in complete darkness at least. Cream works great too, I use some I got from amazon, TriDerma Intense Fast Healing cream (link below), and since I’ve been using it I can comfortably wear short sleeves again, and even went to a beach in San Diego recently! It’s a little pricey but a little but goes a long way with this stuff. I also have been taking the hair skin and nails pills. Not one that’s just biotin but has a good mixture of vitamins in it, and not too expensive. Some brands go on sale frequently at the grocery store.
