Are your plows pretty clean and well painted yet? If you're worried about snow sticking and the plow faces are fairly smooth, I'd be curious how ceramic coating would work. People have had good luck with the cheap versions of ceramic coat, specifically this one.

They work really well for cheapos. I had Rigid on another truck and I honestly can’t tell the difference. We’ll see what quality is like long term, but they’ve been going strong for almost three years now.
