If anyone is interested in a workaround, I'll be using this 304SS rack When using wood pellets
This is it. I saw it posted, had a credit, bought it, checked it for fit, never used it. It is thick/sturdy though.
Soramoon Round Fire Grate Accessory for Solo Wood Stove Campfire high Heat Charcoal Plate (for Campfire) Stainless Steel
Pellets are a pain. Looks great in theory, bought a 20lb bag but super hard to feed the mesa and keep the fire going. When it goes out it smokes like a mofo.
Bought these wood chunks to try and they are perfect: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07R8VMDWX
Might be able to find another source for cheaper (LINK SOMEONE??) but makes it a much more enjoyable experience

Screw a cabinet handle on it.
Grill grate : standard grill grate from Home Depot will fit into the top ring when you flip the ring upside down.
Fire grate: the Walmart outdoor fire pit grate fits on it I took the grate and sold the pit for the sale price. 22” when it goes on sale it’s like $20-25
i bought this one from amazon in 12" size for my ranger. this and a 12" webber gril both fit nicely on top of the stove in the black case\bag when not in use.

i just use this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001BQZ7AU/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?smid=A1K1CZRCAXHUED&th=1 i use it as both a heat spreader ontop of the hub.... and as a secondary use it doubles as a lid when your stove is not in use.....
This fits perfectly. Heavy duty, just put a handle on it ! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0055Y14VK?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Ohhh, rereading your post and you’re looking for a wood burning fire pit with a gas OPTION (a gas ring or gas starter).
I got you:

I bought this to cook on from Amazon and have the versatility to still put a 20” metalcraft pizza pan as a heat deflector. A bit ghetto but it works and cheaper.

You could maybe look into one of these? I plan on getting one, but I need to measure the width of the bonfire to make sure it fits: 14 Inch 201 Stainless Steel Charcoal Grill Cooking Replacement Grate now with Hinges - Compatible with Weber 14" Smokey Joe https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B075DHNT1H/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_5AFCACZJ3C27ZJ65GXX5
Maybe a heat deflector you normally find on top of a tall propane patio heater would work just as well, If not better than a pizza pan? The one linked below is 33” and also comes with side deflector shields to help focus the heat even more if you don’t have people sitting 360 degrees around the stove

Why not just buy stainless steel?

I bought this, and its big enough for my yukon, but I haven't put it in yet as I'm still burning wood.

3M command strip broom holders, and just mount them to a wall somewhere. If its an interior wall and you're concerned about damage you can also buy some of the clear caddys to protect the walls from the tips.

Can you share which one you bought? I can only find one on Amazon, but not sure if this will fit over the Bonfire: https://www.amazon.com/Heat-Warden-Deflector-Friends-Family/dp/B07LC7L3FN/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=fire+pit+deflector&qid=1621229839&sr=8-2
hey, how about a perforated grill pan, for veggies and such, of sheet steel similar to the Solo? this is 15/11 rectangle so it is larger than the circles I saw https://www.amazon.com/Extreme-Salmon-Vegetables-Professional-Accessories/dp/B079DPJBTC/ref=psdc_3480717011_t3_B009UWLQDY
I was concerned about the same thing but went ahead and bought the bonfire with stand and spark screen. But out of an abundance of caution I also purchased some thin concrete pavers and this fireproof mat from Amazon.
It gives a little protection just in case you create sparks or drop a hot log close to the solo. But after many many uses, I could have probably done without it. This thing burns pretty clean without an excess of sparks.
Do you have a link to this mesh fence? I purchased an aluminum screen below and i am worried now.

Just got mine and 1) looking to see if there is a cheaper alternative to their cover 2) am worried about the white cover getting dirty over time (anyone have experience with this one way or the other) and 3) they are backordered at the moment.
Was thinking something like this might do the trick: https://smile.amazon.com/Turbine-Luxiv-Ventilator-Waterproof-Oxford/dp/B081H6LYPF/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=turbine+cover&qid=1614351082&sr=8-2
Anyone tried anything else?
I needed this too for the Solo Bonfire, although it was more to push the heat out instead of up. I used my charcoal basket and and the my Webber water pan.
Something like this may work: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CJHK6WB/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_i_QKoGFbHH77WQQ
