> dji rs 2
Looks pretty good, but just checked the price and its definitely out of my range :(
I might consider the DJI Ronin for now
You won't find too many lenses out there that are wide enough for general 'webcam' uses that are of that wide an aperture. There's the Samyang 35mm f2.8, which would likely be perfect, and would have plenty of uses on your camera when it's not being a webcam. Also, if you're dedicated to using your camera as a webcam and wanna really up that quality, get a dummy battery and a cheapo HDMI capture box, it blows people's minds when I'm at home on Teams.
I''d love to know about any squeeze blowers that accomplish anything. I've gotten a few and they are pretty weak!
I highly recommend this (or similar) for cleaning the sensor:

I watched a couple of videos on YouTube before my first time, but essentially you want to take off the lens, turn the camera face down, and start self-cleaning mode. It will shake a little and probably no dirt will be dislodged. Then it will ask something like "are you finished?" -- you're not. With the camera still pointing nose down, unwrap a single-use swab and wipe it across the sensor. Turn the stick so the other side is on the sensor and swipe back in the other direction.
Works like magic!
Getting crud on the sensor doesn't mean anything is wrong with your camera. It happens all the time. When you start seeing evidence on your photos/video, you know it's time to haul out the cleaning swabs.
Have a buddy who uses one of these.
Has it automatically upload to a folder on his phone and the folder is auto synced with Dropbox.

This is the one I use it works great and there was a YouTube video about it.
I've been using the pro version of Directory Opus for over a year now and it loads all sorts of media very fast, including my arw-files. I believe the free version also supports this, so maybe you should give it a try.
Depends what sort of sound you're recording but they make a world of difference. Something like this should be more than ample if you're doing any kind of interview type recordings assuming you're not after professional sound.
