I did a bit of a google search when it comes to these noodles. Are you talking about the packaged ramen? Because if that's the case, I 100% agree with you. Those things aren't stupid spicy. I actually had a bowl yesterday afternoon, and yeah, my nose ran a bit, but they weren't crazy hot.
Maybe we just have a high tolerance for heat lol.
It comes down to branding too, "yo, let's call these nuclear so we get more people to try them." More hype, more business.
The main recipe I used was from Sally's Baking Addiction. She said 5-10 Vanilla beans to 1 cup alcohol but on the Amazon page of the beans they said 50g per 16 oz. It was about $29 for 10 beans (a bit expensive) so I just bought that amount. When I got them in the mail I weighed them and they were only 22g so by the end I was just winging it, doing 5 beans in a 16oz bottle. Here's the link to Sally's page and the vanilla beans I bought https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/homemade-vanilla-extract/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PMUNEK6?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_details
Book of Enchantments by Patrica C. Wrede (Dealing with Dragons) has a recipe for Quick After Battle Chocolate Cake that's cooked in a shield or helmet or something. Been a while since I've read it, but your comment reminded me of it.
I want to see them test this -

It might have been the Miracle Berry? I tried something similar about 10 years ago and was fairly impressed. They don’t really change the flavour though, they just block the sour taste from being registered so you get all the sweetness. We weee eating lemons and limes and grapefruit and they taste like candy. I’m not sure if these are the same ones we had but might be worth trying: miracle berry
I use this app
I open Insta just before the vid starts (usually with the boys showing a glass of booze on the bench )
Then I go and open this app. It shows on your screen and you choose the video icon to record. It times down whilst you click back on the insta page again
it records until you press stop
you can practice. It does record your voice so if you talk out loud- it will record that lol

Yup, although usually they have a variety of attachments, whisk is one of them. In the US we call the more normal attachment a "beater".
This one from amazon shows both attachments in one of the pictures.
It makes it come out perfectly smooth every time. I boil my potatoes, then mix in some mix/match of butter, milk, heavy cream, creme fraiche, or sour cream with salt, pepper, and garlic. The texture depends mostly on what/how much dairy I use.
You can buy that anywhere as it's not by Sorted
