Thank you so much for your feedback :) We are trying to do our best since 2013 now, me and my colleague and it's so nice to read a post like this one !

Glad to read that we have been helpful with our product/service. As we have limited ressources a phone app will probably not be done "soon". BUT, it's something we are thinking about (we already have an Android app) to be more visible. Probably more a "webview" than a "native app" by the way, but definitively something we keep in mind ;)

First of all, if you have never used Soundiiz, there's no link between Soundiiz and your Spotify account. So it's not about Soundiiz here but more about your Spotify account itself.

However, I recommend you to double-check if Soundiiz got access or not to your Spotify account (you maybe forgot about it) by going there => https://www.spotify.com/account/apps/ and "Remove Access" for any "Soundiiz" application.

Also, be aware that Soundiiz is never "playing" audio content. Soundiiz is only a manager for your music accounts (creating/updating/deleting playlists or favorites).

Hi! The "Sync" feature as indicated here is only for playlists.

About "When I hit like on Apple Music, or tell Siri 'hey, I love this song', I want it to also show up in Spotify " => That's not something possible. There's no webhook provided by Apple Music, Spotify, and other APIs... So it's impossible to do real-time sync as you said, unfortunately.

About having the "Sync" feature for favorites, it's something we hope to be able in the future. However, we don't have any ETA to share for this.

It's not a "problem" as Soundiiz is indicating that not supporting Albums transfer to YouTube / YT Music here => https://soundiiz.com/features

Also the explanation is quite simple. As there's no API for YouTube Music and only one for YouTube, there no "Albums" method for the classical YouTube API. As there's no "Album" on YouTube.

It should be limited up to 10k tracks. But it's possible to have a bug there, so write us a message on Soundiiz with your Soundiiz username/email account and we will be able to take a look at this.
