Good work Buddy!
See what you mean about the difference in length - The good news is this gives you more room for accessories on the handle bars.
We usually use a step drill bit to cut the end holes but it looks like the scapal worked fine cutting the hole for the mirror.
Thanks for taking the time to post he
wow really ? what exactly happened with it? i just ordered and installed a very similar light and am very happy with it.

These lights are 80 lumens I am assuming when you put it on brightest setting. When you click the power button once to turn on it’s maybe 40 lumens then click it once more it’s brighter. Originally I wanted the m232r model bc it’s more lumens and rechargeable batteries. Any R version is rechargeable but it’s not being sold anywhere. I first installed them in back wheel and today I put them on the front wheel. Space invaders in back and skulls in the front. As in the manufacture video demo they are using 2 lights so I put two in the back and two in the front. The more lights on my bike and myself example backpack, helmet etc the better chance ppl can see me. A few things to note it takes a lot of zip ties to get around that hub motor in the back wheel and you also have to buy more batteries unless you buy your own rechargeable batteries.
This is the closest we can find that is in stock:

The one we have is the "Pro" version which is slightly thicker than this one but tbh unless your doing 49Mph like us then this will be fine and a massive upgrade to the 73 stock one.
FYI: Going by the history of people getting flats after a few miles/km on their new bike, I would recommend people to get a digital pressure gauge. I got two flats in just a single week after "eying" the pressure, which ended up causing so-called "snake bites", and this happened after 1500 miles.
I make sure to measure the pressure, especially of the rear wheel, every day I take it out now. Tubes leak air, so be sure to check the pressure quite often.
I have this pressure gauge. Amazon is about double the price of what I paid for it, so check out some local shops before ordering this particular one from them.
