it is a bluetooth keychain tracker device. looks like a cheap chinese knockoff of a Tile-type tracker. this seems to be the exact model (though it is probably available under multiple brand names as these cheap chinese devices tend to be).
however... it does not seem to have any kind of actual GPS tracking technology itself, based on the product description. basically if your own phone is in Bluetooth range it can make a noise that you can use to find it, and it can use your phone's GPS while you are connected to the device, but it doesn't have its own GPS tracking capabilities. if someone is trying to use this to track you, take heart in the knowledge that they are probably a moron who doesn't understand how it works and have failed.
