I have both, and they’re both great shooters. The Shield is better quality overall, particularly the trigger on the 2.0, but both are perfectly acceptable. Kia vs Honda.

Spray and pray is, respectfully, and absolutely godawful and irresponsible self-defense strategy when you’re talking about deploying the power to take life. There is no such thing as a “miss” — there are only unacceptable hits. All bullets hit something (or someone) and every single one of them has a lawyer attached to it. If you can’t hit what you’re aiming at, definitely buy the cheaper gun and invest in some training classes and read a couple books on the legalities of using force in self-defense scenarios. This one is essential reading.

I always wear an undershirt. I also added a Foxx grip “cover” to lessen the aggressiveness of the stock grip.

I zeroed it at home from about twenty feet on the wall by the irons and then went to the range and..... I was off a bit. I did it at 7 yards at first then moved out to 10 yards, making minor adjustments each time.

I use a belly band on my G2C sometimes, but I've started to use my fanny pack more when I don't feel like wearing my holster. If you get a kydex trigger guard like this, you can put it in any fanny pack it'll fit in and still keep it safe.

The belly band I use is a cheap one my dad got me last year. It's not bad, but I'd honestly look into something like ComfortTac. Belly bands are nice because they can go with anything, but I find having something wrapped around my body to be generally uncomfortable after more than a few hours.

If you're happy with your cleaning supplies, then there's no reason to change anything. Everyone has their favorites, but it seems like most anything will get the job done.

I use MPro 7 cleaning spray and MP7 lubricant oil pretty much because I liked the smell of them better than Hoppe's No.9.

Just take good care of your firearms, keep them reasonably clean and decently lubed, and they should serve you well.

I use this for my Model 85 and it works great. I was shocked. I typed in Model 605 and read 20 answers. Some say it fits great. Others say it doesn’t. If I were you, I’d try it. If it doesn’t fit, return it. It works best for me at about 2 o’clock.

I have a Swampfox Sentinel available here, if interested. It's usually what I recommend if someone's looking for Holosun quality, but on a bit of a budget.

For the regular G3c you'd either need to get a glock-compatible dovetail sight (like this), or have the slide milled.

Went a similar route for my first holster so I could find out what I like without spending tons of money. I still use it and haven’t had much desire to change it yet.

I’d still recommend the orange Lakeline one, but if you’re dead set committed to ordering off Amazon get this or the second link you posted. The first is for a different gun and won’t work.

I bought it a while back and it’s held up great. It’s a rubberized grip so it’s not rough like standard stippling but it offers a good amount of grip and I haven’t had any issues with it moving around.

I'm using an alpha holster belly band most of the time.

EDIT: Enjoy the G2! It's a great gun.

I also have an Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.0 hybrid holster, which is very nice, but much more visible with tighter clothing.
