http://darebee.com has some great visual workouts, many that don't require equipment. Have a nose through and see what grabs your attention.
I started out by just walking for 30 minutes, which I've now increased to 60 minutes 5 times a week. I find a good podcast and get out whatever the weather.
Recently I've got back in the gym. Walking on the treadmill, eliptical and cycling are all low impact if you want to increase cardio. Good luck!
I'm on the 30 Days of Change - Day 16. Some days kick my butt, while others are much easier. Overall, I feel like I'm getting stronger.
I mostly enjoy working out. I love to play sports, and I've come to (typically) enjoy running. However, I recognize that not every workout is going to be fun. But I almost always feel a sense of accomplishment, so it's worth it.
I've run two Tough Mudders (ie. when silly people pay too much money to torture themselves), and they were really difficult. I didn't do very well at any of the obstacles that required upper body strength. I don't think I'll do another, but you never know.
