Just found on Amazon some men’s cardigans that have been elongated in the back that resemble capes but with sleeves and pockets.

This is available on Amazon. My only complaint is that there is no button or snap at the neck, and it zips from the bottom up. I added a toggle at the neck that lets me keep it closed up top, but still open down below.
