Or, alternatively, get yourself some o' these boyos and glue one on. It's cheaper than a replacement, especially with limited edition pins like this.
Re: Deepwater Bride, it’s available on Amazon in the original publication of The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction for free if you have Kindle Unlimited, or for $7.99 otherwise.
Have you tried the Imperial Radch series by Ann Leckie?
It's a sci-fi series, but with a different take of the traditional sci-fi tropes. Not the same ones that the Locked Tomb series does, but has a very interesting plot line and is a very compelling read (one of my favorites up there with the Locked Tomb and Dune).
Back cover for the first book, Ancillary Justice:
>On a remote, icy planet, the soldier known as Breq is drawing closer to completing her quest.
>
>Once, she was the Justice of Toren - a colossal starship with an artificial intelligence linking thousands of soldiers in the service of the Radch, the empire that conquered the galaxy.
>
>Now, an act of treachery has ripped it all away, leaving her with one fragile human body, unanswered questions, and a burning desire for vengeance.
It took me about five seconds to find the following on Amazon's Kindle storefront for the GtN:
>At the Publisher's request, this title is being sold without Digital Rights Management Software (DRM) applied.
HtN and NtN are also sold without DRM.
So... buy it there?
And use Calibre to convert it from .mobi to .epub if it's really going to keep you up at night?
In addition to it being posted on Tor.com, it is included in the following FREE ebook release:

here's an amazon link i've never had issues ordering from an international amazon link and having it ship to the US (i bought the UK mistborn series bc it is so much prettier)
If you open this link on a computer it should pop up! It’s a bit iffy on mobile.
Top-level reply for people wondering where to find this: this Amazon link should load the preview. If it doesn't, click the image of the book's cover to load it.
On Amazon. (If that doesn't load the preview right away, click on the cover image)
Part of it is available as a sample on Amazon. (If that doesn't load the preview right away, click on the cover image) It's mostly the first two chapters that have been previewed already...but it also includes a short prologue. From John.
