My white blood cell count has always been normal but my immune system still failed to keep me well. I had a fungal sinus infection they kept prescribing antibiotics for, which is the worst thing you can do if it’s fungal. Fungal sinus infections will worsen with antibiotics. I used colloidal silver nasal spray to get rid of it and it took 4 months. I’ll drop a link for you.

The spots are spider droppings.
Toxic mold can cause brain fog. Mold can amplify existing conditions or cause new conditions that can cause brain fog. Mold's effects are complex and difficult to diagnose in a traditional manner. Ritchie Shoemaker has identified a bunch of markers that tend to be off in people with toxic mold exposure. If you have a couple thousand of non-insurance-reimbursable dollars to spend that could be a way to go. Personally, I did the (HLA genetic test)[http://www.truehealthlabs.com/HLA-DR1-3-4-5-DQ-Intermediate-Resolution-p/lc_167120.htm], did a personal history of my health and damp homes I lived in and how my health was and went Fuuuuu....
The easiest way to test the theory is by taking a vacation or camping trip somewhere with no mold and with items you know have not been exposed to mold or mold toxins. However, this doesn't always work; ~24% of the population has a immune configuration that does not identify mold toxins (or a kind of mold toxin?). Shoemaker and other mold doctors have had success using binders such as Cholestyramine, activated charcoal and bentonite clay. These binders attract toxins dumped by the liver in bile and keep them from getting reabsorbed further down the intestinal tract.
Mold illness can be tricky; it's best to work with a doctor who understands it. A mold doctor will likely have a good handle on other chronic inflammatory illnesses as well.
The easiest way to prevent mold is by keeping the relative humidity down in your living environment. Aim for 50%. You can buy a hygrometer for ~$10 on Amazon. Also be aware that mold toxins can pass through wallboard and paint. Hidden water damage can really mess you up.
I suspect the glutathione and biotoxin binder is probably what stopped it.
I don't know my toxicity levels, I'd imagine they're off the charts as I have like 8/10 mold symptoms. Is there a test you used?
This is the milk thistle I use. I'm not sure how much it is helping, but I don't react to it, so it isn't hurting. https://smile.amazon.com/Bronson-Milk-Thistle-1000mg-Capsules/dp/B079JX3FMC
I will be testing Liposomal Glutathione and Molybdenum soon.
If you're actually looking for that sort of thing, then spend the time to read books like this. If you're giving us all here the task to convince you, that's both unfair and impossible.
It's rs762551
I got the information from https://www.amazon.co.uk/Genetic-Testing-Defining-Personalized-Health-ebook/dp/B07BVWYXGD/ref=sr_1_4?crid=TH6VBGTWLVQ4&keywords=genetic+testing+defining&qid=1647256310&sprefix=genetic+testing+defining%2Caps%2C129&sr=8-4
Which was about £8 on kindle and then could just copy and paste the info into the 23andme raw data.
If there’s mold on your mattress, you’ve now brought it into your new place.
Can you get a temporary mattress (I like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08N2FKFXN)
And then do extensive HEPA vacuuming to pick up any spores that you’ve now transported to your new place? You’ll also need to launder any soft things in the vicinity, and wipe down any hard things.
Thank you for being so informative.
I'm looking at Coway Airmega's, especially for places like the family room. How often are you replacing filters would you say?

Is it this one?
Would something like this be good for a small room?
I have hardwood floors, so your results may be different if you have carpet.
Get a microfiber mop and couple packs of pads. Damp mop everything. Use one pad for the floor and one pad per wall and ceiling. The air should feel cleaner after doing a room. Your nose should open up. The water seems to attract particles out of the air; maybe repeat the process in an hour. Or just repeat weekly.
This hasn't solved my problems, but it gets a room clean enough for me to determine the nature of the problem, i.e.
I'll also add that — surprisingly — after mopping the walls of my bedroom a couple times, the white crud that was in my nasal cavity for 2 years disappeared.
Thank you. So something like this?: https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=L&ai=DChcSEwjswO_PjIPwAhWXuncKHaBqApsYABAFGgJlZg&ae=1&sig=AOD64_3Dgbq5VFtL4FETE7wZEPHjR-_C9w&ctype=70&q=&ved=0ahUKEwjLvunPjIPwAhW_hv0HHbnmC1EQww8I4wc&adurl=https://www.amazon.co.uk/Knock-O...
Is there any advice for cleaning carpets? Given my reeaction to being there for an hour I feel it's gonna be near impossible to create a space that won't undo all the time and money I've put into detoxing, but your suggestions are giving me some hope.

I actually read a book to help him with this and it really helped. Sunlight was a suggestion that helped tremendously and this is before I knew it was mold. We basically did our own occupational therapy. Here’s the book:

This is the exact one and the nasal spray is the same exact stuff, same brand but in a nasal spray bottle so you can refill the nasal spray with the throat spray it’s literally the same.
Thanks for the reply. I just ordered this test kit from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Testing-Analysis-Expert-Consultation-included/dp/B016YSY8XQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1543862040&sr=8-3&keywords=mold+test. Would calling an expert be a better option? How much do they typically cost? I rent an apartment, so I'm wondering how I should be approaching the situation.
A plume or cloud of spores isn’t something you’d see in that scenario. The household molds that is the offender in this sub Reddit doesn’t really do that and if people say it does it’s probably dust. It’s very much not like stepping in a mushroom in the woods where the cloud may be visible.
I think you have a lot of variables and poor lifestyle choices that can easily contribute to your issues. Even your nervous nelly demeanor could be explained with a biological cause.
You should read hidden war a book on the special operations team trained to fight cartels in Cali from growing pot. The endemic nature of that piece of marijuana commerce isn’t something to be over looked. The cartel growers have been caught using pesticides even the third world won’t touch anymore. Sadly they sell to dispensaries and in the state of Cali alone they grow more weed the the entire US consumption. Don’t read this as me being against weed. I’m not. This problem which is very serious is often overlooked as a variable.
