A lot of people are mentioning composite toe and while I’ve never used them, I love my steel toes. If you care about the packages and have a decent amount of heavy ones, the steel toe can be super useful. Not only do I accidentally drop things on my feet all the time, I also intentionally use my steel toes to carry packages to the ground. I played soccer growing up so lowering something with my feet is pretty natural to me so that might not be relevant for everyone but it me it’s been huge.
EDIT: I wrote this comment and when I was searching for it I found out that my boots are composite toe lol. I recommend composite toe as well.
I use these boots:

I create apps on the side. I created an app for us UPS drivers. Do a fellow teamster a favor and check it out and spread the word.

I love these. You’d need a men’s size 6 I believe. These are light weight and oil resistant for slips. Also very affordable
I never tied it but I been meaning to check it out. It might help.
What about this one? timberland low tops
Ironclad are too expensive per pair and don't last. I started using "MaxiFlex Endurance 34-844 Seamless Knit Nylon Work Glove with Nitrile Coated Grip on Palm & Fingers" Link
They don't hold up like the Ironclad, but they are much cheaper per pair, and work well.
I use a hot logic food heater. Must be plugged in for about two hours to warm food. Truck power must be on! It comes with a plastic container but I didn’t like how the food tasted using that container so instead I use a glass container and food taste fine. Rural driver checking in.
First try to talk to your driver if you ever see them. You most likely have a usual driver make friends with them. Introduce them to you dog tell them the name of your dog let them know if treats are acceptable. I have a box of dog biscuits for all my dogs on my run and a bag of special bacon strips for my buddies on my run. If your dog is positive reinforcement trained then this will be a quick process to make friends with the brown truck treat guy. If you or the driver are against treats then my best advice is getting a parcel box.

I recommend this one it is a bit expensive but it works good. Good luck on finding a solution but talking to your driver is a great start.
My husband and the drivers use these at his center because the other types of gloves for some reason makes you hands stink of Vinegar by the end of day. gloves
[The officers returned fire, shooting over 200 rounds at the truck. The two suspects and the UPS driver were killed. A motorist was caught in the crossfire and also died.](https://www.iheart.com/alternate/amp/2019-12-06-four-killed-in-shootout-after-cops-chase-stolen-ups-truck-in-florida/)
The cops killed multiple people, including Frank.
Good luck with that. I ordered a package on Feb 6 for Valentine's Day and it still hasnt come yet. UPS is the only company ive used thats having months long delays due to Brexit. They have the worst score that a company can get on Trust Pilot and their customer service just says there's nothing they can do.
I bought this and it works pretty well, make sure to read the instructions.

Imo instead of a brace you should add some upper back exercises into your workout routine (if you don't have a workout routine now is a good time to start). Look into external rotation, face pulls, rows, etc.
If the pain is really bad then you should file for workers comp. I had some really annoying pain in my right shoulder blade and I got free physical therapy and a $2000 check. Worth hitting up a lawyer and chatting about it at least
These boots from Muck are amazing! 100% waterproof, rated to 40 below and (for me , at least ) will be the best investment in winter boots. If the snow gets too hi gh , then a pair of leg gaiters are key to keeping snow off pants making sure he stays warm and dry.
These are a good comfortable starter pair that can be polished.
These Bates are similar to what I wear for 3 seasons. Winter is it's own beast.
I've been driving awhile, when it's crazy and I'm I'm just trying to get enough to power through I go with a METRX in a shaker cup. That's a quick and easy thing, another protein bar after pickups, and I'm good. For what it's worth though when I'm on lunch that's my time. No sorting, no working through, I usually handle my personal business during that time.
these look pretty nice, haven't used them myself though tbh: https://www.amazon.com/SIMARI-Winter-Gloves-Women-Screen/dp/B07WSBWXLK/ref=sr_1_15?dchild=1&keywords=winter+gloves+that+you+can+use+phone&qid=1606767171&sr=8-15
I’ve used these for the last 3 years. I cut the tips off the thumbs for phone/board use. Nice and insulated and good grip. Should last the winter. If it gets too cold, go a size up and get a pair of wool liner gloves.

latex coated work gloves work good, they aren't built to last though so you need to find a good deal on a pack, usually Amazon is a good place to find them but my usual pack has been sold out for some reason. Theres are similar style: https://www.amazon.com/Lakeland-SpiderGrip-7-1506-Dipped-Resistant/dp/B00CMXII8E/ref=sr_1_8?crid=15TRFFI9SFVVP&dchild=1&keywords=latex+coated+work+gloves&qid=1600625922&sprefix=latex+coated+%2Caps%2C207&sr=8-8

From my experience Mechanic style gloves are terrible for box handling. Don't waste your time with them, I made the rookie mistake buying a few different ones, and when I see new hires using them in the hub i try to give them a heads up.
Invest in a decent water bottle. Stretch. Definitely use gloves, the ones that have a latex grip like these work great. If your hub allows wireless earbuds then I recommend those too, helps pass the time.
Even if that were the case, I wouldn't say the driver is completely free of blame. Why not leave a notice slip or something? Why weren't the local offices able to communicate to customer service that my package was, in fact, damaged? Also, can't imagine how damaged an item like this could get from shipping https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N4I8FOY. steel frame construction...
Anyway, I'll know soon enough from Amazon if the product was in fact damaged and know who to blame
That style is the best. I've went through many brands and types, you want this type. I use the same style but the Amazon brand. The gloves last me about 2 weeks before developing holes. About 3 weeks in and I replace them. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FJNXZN6/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_o0XtEb9EJPDE6
Yeah, you'll lose some weight and slim down in the first month. As far as your feet though I'd recommend, preferably before peak season, to get some decent shoe inserts for your work boots. Something like these worked wonders for my feet aches. Peak season will be harder on your feet when you'll be doing full 8 - 10 hour shifts.
