I second tipsee! I've been using it for a while and so long as you remember to put your tips/hours worked, it's pretty amazing the amount of data it calculates. It basically is an excel sheet but in an easy to use format.

My advice would be to get a work out band with handles. You can find helpful work out videos on YouTube but even just basic use will help you in the long run regardless. Build up some arm muscle to help with heavy trays without having to invest in weights. Also, build some muscle around your knees and lower back. TRUST ME. You will be sore for a little in the beginning but it will prevent injury and pain in the long run. Speaking of preventing pain... Stretch before work. Do a couple wrist, ankle, and neck rolls to warm up.
An example of the band that you can find in any store with fitness equipment: https://www.amazon.com/RitFit-Resistance-Exercise-Comfortable-Handles/dp/B074GMV3FP/ref=mp_s_a_1_17?keywords=exercise+bands&pscroll=1&qid=1649306062&sr=8-17&wIndexMainSlot=29
I have very flat feet. My orthopedic surgeon really wanted me to wear arch supports to start training my feet since having an arch is apparently important. I bought these to add to my shoes and they've really helped. Wear them at home first, they hurt the first couple of times you wear them if your arch is as flat as mine, but you get used to them and then it's better because all of your weight isn't just on your heel and ball of your foot. It's spread more evenly.
Dickies Women's Relaxed Fit Straight Leg Cargo Pant https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004SWIWZ6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_9ZR5QBFHZMN4178X6RGX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Bought myself these recently. Also work in fine dining. Side pockets on the legs. Not the most breathable but dickies brand is good quality and will last quite awhile. Mine got more comfortable the more I washed them/broke them in.
I buy these pants. They have a bunch of different styles but I wear ankle braces so I need the barely bootcut. Stretchy and comfortable like yoga pants but they have belt loops, and the cloth looks and feels like that smooth dress pant material. They have plus sizes up to 24 I think.

As a curvy woman in the industry, these pants have been a lifesaver.

Edit: Some styles have pockets, some don't. On all of the ones with pockets, they are sewn shut at first.
