Meaning how to remember to take the second dose? I struggled with this a few weeks ago constantly second guessing if I’d taken my second dose. I started using a weekly pill box (am/pm) and it’s been an absolute game changer for me. I’m now using something like this (sorry for the really long Amazon link idk how to shorten it). It’s taken so much stress off me.

There are a few I like, but this one has been the most effective (Not an affiliate link, just a magnesium supplement that has helped me) Vitamatic Magnesium Citrate Gummies 600mg per Serving - 60 Vegan Gummies - Promotes Healthy Relaxation, Muscle, Bone, & Energy Support (60 Gummies (Pack of 1)) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0982JTZ7C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_2XBF7H63XKP7RJD0YYG3
Well, obviously I can't guarantee anything will work for anyone else, I just shared what helped me. Make sure you are hydrating well too. I hope it helps you. You could always buy a low dose and less expensive huperzine A on its own. I'll link the one I got below. It's like $12 on Amazon and it's a good brand. I got it as a backup since the Nordic sells out often.
I'd start with half a tablet daily and increase to one whole tablet if you tolerate it. I have no idea if the additional brain support ingredients in the other omega supplement makes any difference, but this basic huperzine is a start.
Maybe if the cheaper one doesn't help, maybe give the other a shot. Fun fact, I have noticed that I can skip days now and don't need the supplement daily I can take it every other day and be fine. Probably because I've been taking it for so long. But, if you get to that point, you could save some money and one bottle could last twice as long. Good luck!
I highly recommend Theanine Serene with Relora. Some places sell them together as one supplement. I saw on your profile that you were talking about high cortisol at one point in another thread. Theanine Serene has all the best well known GABA-related supplements combined, and Relora is an anti stress supplement containing magnolia bark and some other bark which lowers cortisol. It's helped me a lot. https://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-Supplement-L-Theanine-Magnesium/dp/B000GFHPCU
I also highly recommend lemon balm extract. I use this one specifically. It also increases GABA levels. I think if you were to combine these two you'd be pretty set. https://www.amazon.com/Lemon-Extract-Tablets-500mg-Count/dp/B07VHFCLJ1/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=336J4KB3ORTMP&keywords=lemon+balm+extract+nootropics+depot&qid=1648965538&sprefix=lemon+balm+extract+noot%2Caps%2C124&sr=8-3
I’ve tried Low FODMAP before but I’ve actually stuck with it for 6 weeks now and I can’t tell you how much it’s helped. Gut issues absolutely messed with my mood, especially with binge eating disorder, you get not only the guilt, but horrible pain and issues for days after.

thanks for sharing this, but yes its a super interesting side affect that you wouldn't figure would be because of this medication, but it is indeed, and I think its because the "stimulant" portion of the medication can easily stiffen your body up and that's typically why we experience "clenching of the teeth" or grinding on teeth more often, so it applies to your back when your so tensed up, because if your jaw is tense, I'm sure other portions of your body are becoming tense too, so it has been a concern of mine with the neck though mainly. I don't find that worth break the deal on this medication, but I do not enjoy feeling my neck like this, so I will have to look into the messages. and with your back tensing up, tell me about it. lol I get that almost all the time, and I do my morning stretches too. its just the stimulant portion of it, I'm assuming.. I'm not a doctor here but it seems to be the case.
Yes!! I got one of these: Double Lacrosse Ball, Peanut Shape Self Massage Roller for Myofascial Release Back Foot Neck Spine Shoulder Physical Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massager Tool Pack of 2 (2) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078W768F3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_1MF887PZYNHGE00E6DNZ
and used YouTube videos to do some self massage and stretching. Highly recommend!
I find this one to be really effective. About $16 for a 30 day supply. Takes roughly a week to see results.
