Sharing for those in a similar situation. I bought by P8 in mid July. I wasn't informed of the Chargpoint promotion, and found out about it from this group, and others (Reddit, etc.). I recently reached out to my dealership and after some back and forth, my sales person sent me this photo. I had to google one term (RDR) for the question "Has this VIN been RDR'd yet?". I selected "yes", as RDR just means the dealer has informed Volvo of the sale.
In any case, I just filled out the form and was informed that I should expect a PIN in three weeks. For good measure, I also saved a copy of the completed form and sent it to my salesperson for their records. Looking at the dates of the promotion, I'm hoping not to run into any snags, but fingers crossed.
