I started my YouTube about a year ago, and I did SO much research about a camera cause I didn’t want to break the bank but I wanted good quality. I ended up buying the Canon M6 kit, the lens that comes with (Canon ED-M 15-44) it is wide angle, but if you want wider you can upgrade to the Canon EF-M 11-22mm. The next thing I wanted to do that would improve the quality is adding an external mic. However, with the Canon M6, the flip up screen blocks the area for an external mic so I had to find a work around. I ended up finding this video on YouTube that helped SO much.
