About the free text answer, you can use the Open-ended slide to collect answers (and names, since this slide won't sync with quiz slides) from participants. After that, you can pick out and rate those answers, and award points manually using the leaderboard: How to Award and Deduct Extra Points on an AhaSlides Quiz

You can send the "Shared presentation link" to the audience, when accessing this, they can only read the slides and won't be able to submit anything. Would that be of help to you?
