The best advice I can give you if you are trying to focus on one area (such as math) is to stay away from AFOQT study guides, as they are pretty general over each section. I'm not saying they're bad to use, but don't rely solely on them for math practice. I knew I needed a math refresher so I bought this book at the link below and it literally starts from addition and works all the way up to algebra and everything you need mathwise on the test. The format is basically you watch a lecture video online, then the book has a set of problems. I used this to my advantage and timed each area I did as if I was taking the AFOQT, so I learned math and also learned to do that math fast. I walked into that test with confidence. Hopefully it helps you as well.

Second the Barrons book!!! I was horrible at the math part! I bought a math beginner book and started from addition and subtraction and worked my way up thru the book. Sounds lame but it honestly helped! There are lots of different beginner books that increase but each section comes with tips and tricks and all those things that I had forgotten since my last math class. I personally didn't find Khan effective for me but I know a lot of others who have.
You could try this root word app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.praveenj.root or other apps like it. If I didn't know the word I just looked for parts I'd seen in other words (i.e. bio=life, com=together, micro=small)
The most recommended book for the AFOQT.

GYMB Resistance Band Set - Non... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TZPVXMH?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I’ve seen posts about using these bands around your upper arm to help with coming back up. I’ve used them and they help with my form and strengthening my shoulders. These bands make my form more of a tricep push-up versus what I normally do which is a wide push-up.
You’ve got this! I am always able to do more push-ups during the official PT test due to my adrenaline. I’ll knock out 10-15 and then rest in downward dog and then do a couple more and rest and repeat.

I used this book and got a good score.
One of the nurses in my unit graduated in May and her class didn’t get a trip to the BX for a few weeks so I will be bringing enough of anything I need to cover that. This is my backpack that I wear on duty and will be bringing with me:

This was the only book i used to study for the AFOQT. I did rather well if i do say so myself. i'd reccommend this book.
I just googled it. You'll need a device that can load android apps. I believe Windows has the ability to side load apps.

Hi! Good luck on the test. I just took it today and found some of the content in the aviation information questions was not covered in my book. I’d recommend looking at several different sources for that section as everywhere I look things are slightly different and you want to be able to cover as many areas as possible.
I also used a vibrating timer watch that was extremely helpful in keeping time. Just set it a 30s-1min before the actual time is up. Ask the proctor to give time warnings as well. Here’s the watch I bought if you’re interested. I’ve heard others had good success with similar watches too.
If you're worried about the multitasking, try playing this game to practice: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.idcgames.MultiTask
It's not exactly the same but definitely helps improve multitasking skills. I played it for like 20-30 minutes every day for a couple weeks leading up to my TBAS and crushed it. I can only assume this helped!
Everything they requested, make some nice folders to hand to the interviewers such as these Amazon Basics Heavy Duty Plastic Folders with 2 Pockets for Letter Size Paper, Pack of 12 https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07K91GV6N/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_SFYMDHQSCZXTMGJ4WJDN
If you weren’t already in the unit, I’d add a photo.
Buy one of the Magic Eye books from amazon and practice letting your eyes relax, almost letting your eyes gaze into the distance. The images will seem blurry and then pop out at you.

My proctor said he wasn’t “allowed” to give one minute warnings. I took the test 2 times with the same proctor. The first time my quantitative score was a 6. I left probably 20% of my questions blank, my time management was terrible that attempt. You can’t fill any answers in once that time is up. My proctor made sure nobody was able to fill questions in at a later portion of the test by placing a sticky note on our desks to designate the amount of blanks we had. Second attempt I asked for the one minute warning again, surprise he said no again. It was worth a shot. Keep in mind my proctors timer was his phone so it’s not like we could look up and see where we were at. Anyway, I was prepared this time. I bought a non smart watch on amazon with a timer that vibrated, set it 30s before the proctors timer went off and used those 30s to fill in my blank answers. Below is the link to the watch I bought:

I’m in a similar boat and have been using the quarantine to study. I checked out a book at the base library and it was ok but my Lt. Recommended “Officer Candidate Tests for Dummies” and I enjoy this book way more.
It has clear break downs for getting the answers to questions and has a lot of tips and strategies for preparing for the exam. I got mine from barns and noble before everything shut down but it’s pretty cheap on amazon. Good luck!
I personally am using a few books. My library has an old copy of Peterson's which is pretty good but its not up to date for the most current form but I've been using it so far to help me to prepare as well as Barron's which I found very very useful,

Barron's is the only one I've purchased. Check your local libraries as well! You might be able to grab a few ASVAB books which are useful for the reading comprehension sections as well but really check out your local library you will probably find some prep books you can use without spending a penny.
I played around with the magoosh app for vocab and bought a GRE flashcard kit to practice, however, it really felt as though out of all those words I studied it had no impact during the test. Either knew them or didn't and there's only 25 questions. I guess the best advice I can give you is to look at the 5 answers and mentally eliminate those that are obviously wrong then choose from the remaining answers which one sounds more correct.
The trivium book I used was way more in-depth than the actual AFOQT if that makes you feel better...I'm happy I didn't waste my time with the calculus or trigonometry sections (however, your AFOQT test version may have those, so don't listen to me 100%)
