This portfolio is the only thing I’ve been able to find that fits them and can be used for safe transport; I also made custom tabs out of cardboard to separate them in the portfolio. I hope someone else has a better system though, it doesn’t hold a whole lot tbh

it's gone up in price a bit but here you go.

It's a little pricey, but this is what I use for shows, Lorell Travel Case. Holds up to 13x19 prints, wheels and handle to make it very portable, fits in overhead for flying. Helps us keep prints organized and we tab the prints in sections to make it easy to find what were looking for.
If you do any type of volume a portfolio is awful. I do about 40-50 comic cons a year and have constantly fiddled with my setup for years, what i have used for the past few years is this
I use 3 of them now because i have about 150 designs i bring, works GREAT for 11x17's

I use magnets like these ones, they are small and unobtrusive, plus strong enough to hold prints without damaging them. One magnet on the front and one on the back is enough to hold them, though I do two sometimes to keep them more stable as I raise up my backdrop higher.
I bought an 11x17 size portfolio book. I used to use it to display prints that weren't hanging but even though I don't do that anymore I started just stuffing all my prints into the sleeves and now I can easily flip through and pull them out without having to worry. Something like this
I use this rolling case. It can hold up to 13x19s and can hold quite a lot of prints (though it can get quite heavy). It stands upright and is easy to open up and file through prints quickly.
Plus I can bring it as a carry on and fits in the overhead bin on Southwest flights. Had this one for about three years and still holding up, though starting to show the abuse I put it through.
