I tried BricsCad demo a while back and was really impressed. It models more like Sketchup, and has some elements of Microstation, and Acad interface.
The workflow is quite different , but other than that I hope to make the jump from Reivt soon.
There is no execution plan. My clients do not use BIM yet. Or at least not correctly. For them it's just a way of doing clash detection.
If there would be a future BIM manager it would probably be me... Currently I'm reading BIGB BIM little bim. I'm trying to understand it better so I can explain it better. I see a lot of benefits, but not sure how to implement them in a factory.
