Just get a set of these plus a compressor and you can drive a Bronco Sport on the beach no issues, I’m sure there are some videos out there teaching beach driving basics, generally speaking those lessons go a lot further than big tires and a big engine

Those blue dots in the taillights are straight up parts store, tack on junk. You can get a pack of four for $12 from Amazon.
It didn't come from the factory like that, it MAY have been a dealer install. Most likely someone just tacked the stickers and blue dots at some point.
Nice. Glad I could help. I just bought my Bronco a couple weeks ago so the shopping tips are still fresh in my mind.
I'd also suggest taking the truck to a garage to have it checked out before you purchase. Firestone does a used vehicle evaluation for like $30. Definitely worth it since we're spending 4k on a 19 year old vehicle. You don't want to end up paying 4k for a truck that needs $1500 in brake work done.
Also you'll be glad you got a 96. It's the only year Bronco that has an OBDII. Just get one of these to diagnose any issues. There's a plug under the dash on the passenger side.

Ran painters tape at bottom of the body line. 3” down made marks, placed painters tape. 3” back from door gap marked, placed painters tape vertically. Set badge parallel to bottom of painters tape and flush to vertical tape. Repeat on passenger side.
I bought this for new bronco. The one in my jeep is old and pieced together.

The broncos use a single din radio so you'll have to get one that fits single din. You'll most likely need the "floating screen" kind that has more adjustability to work with the angles of the dash and to keep it from blocking the climate controls. Something like this https://www.amazon.com/IYING-Adjustable-Bluetooth-Multimedia-Touchscreen/dp/B08F17GDSY/ref=sr_1_57?dchild=1&keywords=Android+head+unit&qid=1609258620&sr=8-57 Not saying that's the one you should use I'm just saying that's the kind of versatile screen mount you'll probably need.
Yea running with the top off in a dry climate would be fun, it rains too much where I live to do that tho, if you get a vinyl floor maybe go with a lighter color so it doesnt get hot, my bronco came with bed liner on the tailgate and I had to paint it white because I'd burn my ass on it lol! Also speaking of burns your neck will probably get sunburned from having the top off so you might want to make a bikini top. No, you won’t need new cats. I had the same problem with my ‘89 and my dad and I found this wonderful product that is literally called- Pass Emissions Test. You just pour the stuff into the tank when it’s half empty, use the rest of the tank, fill it back up, and then you should pass with flying colors!
Honestly, it should be running two belts. The 302 vbelt setups on with power steering requires a double belt crankshaft pulley and double belt water pump pulley. Yours is only a single (meant for manual steering). I'm surprised, even with the belt tensioned that your water pump can move.
Your saginaw style steering pump should have a square hole on the bracket to tension with a socket driver with no adaptor, and there should be a bolt on your alternator bracket to tension with.
I can take a picture of mine in a day or two. I have a 69 that I converted to power steering, but I replaced all pulleys, but textualized here goes:
One belt is for water pump, crankshaft and alternator. This should be on the notch closest to the block on CS pulley.
The other belt is for PS, waterpump, and CS pulley. It will go on notch closest to radiator.

Edit: words and links to pulleys.
Edit 2: I guarantee your power steering pump pulley protrudes further than other pulleys which is bad for the belt and possibly the PS pump.
