I got this version in Japan, used, for about 5000円. The transfer is really great, sound is crisp, and it's split over two disks so no compression artifacts or anything. If you can find a localized version of that box set, I'd recommend it.

Last year's AnimEigo release on Blu Ray got high marks with reviewers, and is substantially cheaper, so that might be another good one to look at.
