I am in the EXACT same place. Psoriatic arthritis has been kicking my ass lately. I even have a trigger finger on my left hand that prevents me from closing my hand all the way around the bar.
After I did my warmups, I could only do 2-2-3. And I dropped 20 lbs off my 3rd set. You don’t need to add weight to your heavy sets. If you can get to a good spot, then do the 6 reps 3x. I did just buy some wrist straps that may help but I have not tried them yet. They also make something called wrist hooks, that may be helpful as well.
I believe that caliber recommends not doing more than 8 in a set of lifting. If you can do 8, move up weight. And if you can’t do at least 6, move down weight. That is clearly a suggestion/recommendation that I don’t always follow, but if you have other physical limitations, you need to do what your health allows you to do.
I have some other joint issues that I’m working through but most of my pain is in my hands and ankles. If you don’t have one already, I cannot recommend enough finding yourself a good rheumatologist to help you, before your joint issues become permanent. I waited too long and now I have some stuff that I’ll likely deal with until I’m gone.
In that case, I'd recommend downloading this free app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fitapp.fittofit&hl=en_US&gl=US
This will let you sync your Fitbit data with GoogleFit, which should then import to Caliber from there.
Thanks - in that case, you should be able to use a free app called FitToFit. This will allow you to connect FitBit to your Google Fit account, so that this data can be synced with Caliber.
You should be able to download that app here:
