You can a few options.
First you can get the 1.14l of either of the Glens, drink some, empty the rest into another bottle, and use the now empty bottle as you please. You can even use some of the org bottle's juice in your infinity blend, unless you are set nothing below 46% is going into the blend.
Secondly, you can purchase a infinity decanter - this is what I have - LINK - it a solid bottle, comes with a tight fitting synthetic cork, and holds 1L.
For my infinity blend - I went the route of only Single Malts, non-peated (starting a separate bottle for that), any age/abv. Initially I ensured I had enough blends to fill up at least 80% of the bottle prior to filling it up. I did a update review on my blend and its contents if you want to check it out.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
Checkout this book at your local library if possible. It provides a detailed overview of distilleries across Canada (as of book publishing, since the landscape in Canada is evolving quickly). I was surprised of how many distilleries there are in some provinces.

Last week I found a bug that was preventing a lot of the price drops from showing, so I've changed the logic. I also wrote an Android app that will make it easier to find deals in your area: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.liquery.mobile
