After some googling I think I found them on amazon. The pinballs also look like them though. My guess is its one of those candies that is generic enough to be made by multiple companies and brand doesn't matter much. Even so it is delicious

If you need something to scratch that itch, pate de fruits or fruit jellies might do it. No coconut on them, but the idea is a super fruity tasting silky....almost chewy but not type fruit thing.

Thanks for making me want something I never knew existed. I love the chewy sprees but only ever saw the original. If she likes tangy, these could be worth a try. If I remember correctly the texture is similar to the chewy spree.

I had never heard of mellowcreme before so I just looked it up. The only mellowcreme candy that I know of having are those Halloween pumpkin candies. And it’s been forever since I had those!

I know this thread is really old, but I remember those too, specifically Halloween, I know the orange ones, I think there was also a grape, but that I am not sure on. One of the few things I remember every few years and can find little to no evidence of it's existence.
But I think I realized something after a while. I think that maybe they weren't made by CRUSH and we just all kind of assumed it? There are literally no pictures and the company themselves deny that it existed from their end. I think it was another company that made them. My favorite candy ever looked just like this but it was warheads brand. I only had it once when I was little. They stopped making it though. They just came out with one with the same name I think but it isn't the same as what I had 20 years ago. It might be worth trying but I doubt it's as good.

I was looking for the source of this gift basket fudge, too.
Our wrapped pieces looked exactly like the photo and came in a gold box. The box label says, "Distributed by CPD, Fullerton CA". That's Wine Country Gift Baskets.
However, the box also says, "Made in Poland". I wonder if it is Krowki Milanowskie fudge? I haven't tried it, but the ingredients look almost identical.

Here's an assortment but there are individual other flavors too. I got the watermelon and blue raspberry and after the solid 10-20 seconds of pure pain they are pretty good.
I realize I'm replying to a super old post, but I got here via a Google search for "mentos nowmints discontinued" and I'm starting to think you might be right. They're not listed on the Mentos products page, and as of early this month they suddenly disappeared from Amazon. I eat these things almost compulsively and have been buying the 12-packs for years and I'm going to be so disappointed if they're gone for good.

Awawawawa puccho balls, if you could get past the no-chewy thing, as the inside has a tiny chewy ball. They are perfect level of sour to be pleasant, but I guess probably not for you if you're adamant about the no chewy rule.
