Great book on this science and IP surrounding this The Code Breaker
Maybe it's just me but if I'm not putting anything in my bottles other than water (i.e. drink flavoring powders) I don't really bother with worrying doing anything more than just a quick rinse. I do have a small container of camp dish/hand soap (link below)

in my travel bag for those just incase moments but I tend to find a simple rinse and let air dry over night worked for me.
I've heard this is a great book for crcs and cras. I have yet to buy it since its 90$

Personal favorite resource: my mentors
It may sound a little crazy too but this reddit community is pretty helpful too. There are tons of veteran CRA/CTM/PM/SMA/IHCRAs here that you could post a question or DM the regulars they tend to be pretty helpful.
I picked up this book early in my career as I thought would be a good resource but ironically ended up being a required text book for my MSCRM class:

I have a portable screen and I don't think I could work onsite/ travel without it. I put the link to the one I bought almost 3 years ago below (I actually bought 2, one for backup) . The screen plugs in via USB, which is what I wanted since there are never enough sockets onsite to plug items into. Screen is pretty light weight and has withstand lots of travel thus far. I did have to contact my IT department since I needed a program or something to get it to work with my work labtop.
Also, I recommend buying a travel power strip.

Most portable screens are expensive. I got mine [KYY 15.6inch 1080P](www.amazon.com/dp/B088D8JG3L/ref=c/m_sw_r_cp_api_i_T7WS2G21S9BCHR9AP4WC) from Amazon for approximately $150.
Pros: •It’s super useful • can increase/decrease it’s own brightness, contrast, volume among other settings • Real good quality screen • Great customer support Cons: • Bit on the heavier side • Does not work wirelessly (works with the Mini HDMI or Dual USB Type-C ports - wires included)
I had ordered a screen which apparently had a defective USB Type-C port. Reached out to customer support and got a whole new screen after I sent them a video of the device not working.
Might plan on purchasing the pricier screens in the future after doing more research.
If you do not want to spend much on a portable screen you can also use an iPad if you have one and download the Duet Display app for $10-$15. You will also need the program to be installed on the laptop. Once downloaded you can connect the devices with a ‘certified Apple cable’.
A monitor stand or mount to ensure your monitors are at the correct eye level.
I like this one:

This and an ergonomic gaming mouse will prevent a lot of pain.
Also studying for SOCRA exam! I have been looking for some study materials online and found these books. The notes are a bit disjointed, but provide a nice summary of the CFRs for studying. They also rank the topics of the test by importance on the test. If anyone has used this resource and it’s helped them, let me know!
