You might be on to something here but:
A) Organic anything is often a ripoff. It mostly just costs more. There is almost no way to tell if your organic food is really organic. Mostly it is a marketing term now meant to get you to pay more.
B) Get him a wood cutting board. Glass will just dull the hell out of his knives in no time but even if he does not care about that the sound on video of him cutting on that glass is super annoying.

It's not the best ever but it is cheap and tested well. Certainly better can be had but they are more expensive and more complicated to use (sometimes needing a lot of skill and time). For inexpensive knives the sharpener above should be fine.
You’re method of draining the grease seems difficult at best and kinda unsafe. Get yourself one of these You don’t have to drain the grease half way through, and it makes perfectly crispy bacon. I swear by these things.
Looks yummy. Has anyone checked out the cookbook he mentioned at the end? I found it on amazon here but it only has a few reviews.
I'm with you. I can't think of that many reasons to spray lemon juice besides the odd salad or something but for $5.65 + free shipping I'll figure something out.
