When I went to work (WFH now) I used an electrical timer like this: https://www.amazon.com/Century-Plug-Mechanical-Timer-Grounded/dp/B00MVFF59S/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=Electrical%2Btimer&qid=1635367389&sr=8-2-spons&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExQkwwNDNBNkQ5WkFCJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMjk0N...
They are cheap (I paid mine 5 euros) and you can set the time frame in which your slow cooker will be on.
Not Your Mother's Slow-Cooker Cookbook is one of my favorite resources. It has a ton of great recipes and it also has lots of information on how to use a slow-cooker in general so you can improvise.
Based on a search I did for “slow cooker temperature control” on Amazon, you’d be looking for something like this slow cooker I believe. There are similar options with higher/lower prices. Those keywords should give you a better search, though. When all else fails simply follow products through the grapevine of “customers also viewed..” or “products similar”. Best of luck!
